This company sold me a pair of what I thought were "Dolce and Gabbana" sunglasses, turns out they were fakes. The box was inauthentic, there was no serial number, or bar code, and they looked completely different than the picture. I contacted the company to let them know, they gave me the runaround for over a week. Eventually they said, I could return it, but would charge me a 18% restocking fee! Luckily my father is an attorney! Stay away from this company!

Don't buy from this website! I received a very poor quality/fake glasses that was broken, no refund offered! It defiantly non authentic glasses - got the sign "make in china" and the hinges was non flexible. I had an exactly the same frame from different company so it was easy for me to compare and proof it, however, the company just ignored my evidence.

This place is a scam they charged me 200 for nothing they never sent anything out scam do not order anything from them they have fake phone numbers and can't even get a hold of anybody scam if I could give 0 stars I would

I ordered instock Raybans then received an email that the style I ordered was discontinued by Rayban. They still show as instock on the site but now a higher price. This is most definitely not a discontinued style or color.

I've found glasses there, that nobody else offered. Although Im from Germany and never heard of this shop, I still gave it a try because I wanted to have these glasses so bad.

1. Never recieved the order confirmation
2. NO RESPOND AT ALL (!) to ANY of my Emails and text messages.
3. The address in the FAQ section says its a ''normal'' family home. You dont find any names of people who run this webside!

Right now, Im just waiting to get back my money... Please buy your glasses somewhere else! These people really seem to be criminals!

I call on Monday and they answer right away AND ARE VERY HELPFUL. The product is in stock and will ship in 2 days and I place my order. Wednesday I sent a chat message asking for the order confirmation and they send it with the order date dated 2 days later than placed. Thursday night I get an email the product is discontinued and I could select another pair or cancel the order. I call the number Thursday and surprise! Say your name and they will transfer you. Then... leave a message. I have sent 3 emails, called 4 times and sent 2 chat messages. NO REPLY. NO I haven't received a refund.

I really wanted the frames I wanted. I got them from AtoZeyewear and that is more than I can say for the other two websites I tried. One of those sites refused to refund the charge to my card and I am still waiting on the 60 day response time to expire on the dispute I filed!
So while I did not get my frames overnight, AtoZ refunded the overnight shipping charge and I did get my frames within a couple of weeks.
I appreciate my new frames all the more because of all the aggravation I had to go through to get them. I give AtoZ a thumbs up for that.

Sent my money, received a processing confirmation without receipt of item. The phone number is a Google Phone which I haven't received a return email or phone call.

Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT order from these people. They do not correspond with you and do not ship your glasses. One of the worst website purchases I've ever made.
