I call on Monday and they answer right away AND ARE VERY HELPFUL. The product is in stock and will ship in 2 days and I place my order. Wednesday I sent a chat message asking for the order confirmation and they send it with the order date dated 2 days later than placed. Thursday night I get an email the product is discontinued and I could select another pair or cancel the order. I call the number Thursday and surprise! Say your name and they will transfer you. Then... leave a message. I have sent 3 emails, called 4 times and sent 2 chat messages. NO REPLY. NO I haven't received a refund.
