Their policy is 30 day money back guarantee. I bought a subscription yesterday because I believed their policy and believed that if the vpn was not compatible, I would be refunded. Atlas vpn disconnects smart view preventing casting. The main reason I need the vpn is for when casting from my phone to my tv. They mention on their website live chat but it's hidden/invisible and their email messages take a day to reply back to customers. I would have been happy if they just refunded my payment since Atlas vpn is useless to me but instead I needed to contact PayPal to step in to help me get refunded. I do not recommend Atlas vpn.
