I experienced a problem with the website so I contacted Atlas via phone. The person that I spoke with was very helpful and I was able to get the order placed online while I was on the phone with her.

Ordering was easy and I recieved the phone in a short amount of time. Unfortunately the phone i received is broken. The clip to hold the cord for the reciever is broken and the cord falls out of the phone very easily.
I received my order within 3 days - impressive. My only concern was that the phone did not include a manual. I emailed Atlas asking if a manual was available, did not hear back. Found what I needed on line.

After getting our 3 Samsung phones 1 of the phone's speakers sounds blown so no good to us. Then one works well were keeping but when it comes to returns it's a 15% restocking fee and you must return the phoneyou must pay. With the one that doesn't work they have to "deem it unusable" One person's opinion of if it sounds blown versus another person's opinion can vary. So if you looking to take a gamble use this company. They are cheap for a reason.
Easy-peasy. The online process was very easy and follow up provided by Atlas Phones team member assured me that the shipment would be overnight for next day delivery. Came off without a hitch and delighted the end customer.

I do not write many reviews, but I have to say something about how well my experience with Atlas Phones was. Ordering the part online was straightforward and I was provided with confirmation instantly as well as an invoice and continual updates until the box was on my desk. My order was packaged within one-hour and shipped later that day. The prices were great too. What more can you expect from a supplier? Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Atlas Phones.
At first my relationship with several of the people at this company was terrific. About 2 years ago my main contact left. Since then I've dealt a lot with one person, Nancy M. Her correspondence is never voluntary. I always have to chase down bids. They never get back to me even when they are buying from me. If I ever make a mistake, she is so ugly about it. She is curt; never has a friendly thing to say. I feel she has never liked me, is never happy to hear from me, wishes she didn't have to work with me. I hope she will get a promotion or find another job. She might not be a people person; might be better off doing data entry or bookkeeping.

I was very pleased with the service. Placing the order, was a breeze. My phone, even though it was refurbished, runs, and looks as if it had never been used. I would highly recommend doing business with atlas phones!
Not only do you pay retail for shipping, but if you need to return an item, you are subjected to a 15% restocking fee and will need to provide return shipping. This means that you will lose 15% plus the cost of shipping, not including that you already paid for retail shipping initially.
As for the products: they are satisfactory. I use a number of vendors for phones and accessories, Atlas is usually at the bottom of the list due to a number of business practices that are less than desirable.
Shop smart. Read through all publications and guidelines before purchasing.
