Not only do you pay retail for shipping, but if you need to return an item, you are subjected to a 15% restocking fee and will need to provide return shipping. This means that you will lose 15% plus the cost of shipping, not including that you already paid for retail shipping initially.
As for the products: they are satisfactory. I use a number of vendors for phones and accessories, Atlas is usually at the bottom of the list due to a number of business practices that are less than desirable.

I was in the process of purchasing license and hardware for a Avaya phone system, I was ready to pay for equipment when they informed me they can not purchase Avaya license anymore and told we can not help you anymore. I worked for three days with Clyde to get this done. Steer clear of Atlas if you need license they are very unorganized.
