I ordered an David Johnson shirt in October 2015. The payment was immediately taken out of my account but never got my order after countless emails and phone calls. In November I finally got an email saying my order status has changed to "awaiting' shipment. As of today, December 22,2015 have not heard back from anyone and my payment has not been refunded. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very disappointed, Darci M Iowa

I ordered a shirt and a hoodie from this company. It's been over a month, and the items still have not arrived nor has there been any explanation to the delay. They are non-responsive to calls and emails. Do not order anything from this company! I've since learned that the Indiana Attorney General filed a lawsuit against the owner, Brett Lemieux, for another company that took people's money and failed to deliver the merchandise.
AthletesOne.com is a rip off. My husband ordered me a tshirt from there last year (2014) at the beginning of November and never received anything. By December we began emailing them on Facebook, sent them an email through their "contact us" site, sent them a message on Twitter and tried to call the number on my credit card log but the only response I got was on FB messenger they told me to send an email through the contact us site which I had and never got any response back. They never acknowledged my purchase and never sent me anything so I disputed the charges and my Credit Card company refunded the charges. Very disappointing DO NOT purchase from this site

I would never recommend AthletesOne.com to anyone. Terrible experience. Long story short. Ordered a product in mid August 2015 for $42.91. Money was deducted right away. It's almost October 2015 and still haven't received my product. Reached out to *******@athletesone.com. Never received a response.
Reach out to their social media page and expressed my frustration. I was then belittled. Called names. Curt and rude responses calling me a tough guy and child for simply making a social media post. Manager calls me. Says "sorry" and insists on charging me full price for something I should have received almost 2 months ago. Manager's name is Nick. Terrible experience. I'll be contacting the BBB about their customer service. That is no way to treat a customer who has been waiting 50 days for a product.
Just because a customer is upset and made a post on how they are upset, doesn't mean the company should belittle you and call you names. Never order from AthletesOne. In addition, professional Athletes shouldn't identify themselves with a company like this.
