This writer did an OUTSTANDING job on the assignment earning an overall 89 percent. I am very pleased with the writers works and only wish to use this writer on future assignments. Before I submit my new order I need to know if I can request this writer ONLY 100 percent satisfied and the only writer who I have had no issues with understanding the instructions. Thank you for your hard work!

Writers do not read the instructions, nor the Message notes delivered through the portal, thereby missing important information. 1st writer delivered wrong answers because they did not read the messages, one of which answered one of the questions to be addressed. After having been offered 2 extensions, the quality of work was still incorrect and sloppy in terms of grammar, spelling, and English. During the process I notified support that I did not believe the writer was reading messages, which proved to be true. I do not think that support intervened and communicated to writer. I delivered mark-ups of the documents via their portal and to support via email showing many insufficiencies. Writer #1 bailed after receiving the mark-up and attempted to argue with the solution given to me by the instructor. I permitted them to assign another writer.
The 2nd writer who did not follow the instructions and whose English writing skills were grossly insufficient (incomplete sentences, errant punctuation), also delivered unusable materials. Again, I delivered mark-ups of the documents showing many insufficiencies through their portal and to Support via e-mail. They wasted a month of my time, but the story does not end here.
I asked for a refund based on unusable deliverables. Via their support chat (expect to be transferred to 3 or 4 different representatives during chat sessions), I was told that Dispute Resolution would take 4-5 days. 8 days later, I had heard nothing, so I reach out again via support chat and was told that Dispute Resolution was out of the office'. A few days later I tried again. Dispute Resolution was still out of the office'. I said that this was unacceptable and inquired exactly when do these people work?' They either could not or would not offer an answer. I finally file a dispute with my credit card company. Shortly thereafter I received an e-mail from Dispute Resolution asking for the marked-up documents already in their possession. I responded that they already have the materials needed to perform assessment and to check their email and their repository. I am still awaiting resolution.
My recommendation is to stay FAR AWAY from this service provider.
