I have a new stackable LG washer dryer. I wanted to know if I could reverse the doors to open on the other side. The Technician look through his books said I cannot. I was quite pleased with his thoroughness and his replies. I'm a little sad I cannot do what I wanna do but that's not his fault

My attempt was to find a way to merely update my account information regarding YouTube. I could not however find a way to contact a YouTube accounts department. I found your service and hoped you could tell me how to update my account with YouTube. Someone did so, in fact after the most confusing three hours of my many years of business transactions via text and phone. Now I would like to cancel my membership in your organization but still cannot find the way to do that in the many encrypted messages I have received from you. I gladly pay the first month's fee entered into by my own stupidity.

Wish I had their knowledge. Easy issue to fix if I had known Adobe just issued a corrupt update. That's why I don't pay for their professional products. They have literally no way for a consumer to reach out to them regarding Acrobat Reader. They just cost me $55. But again worth paying for their professional products troubleshooting.
I had received an email from Total Storage, advising me that I would not be able to send or receive emails unless I purchased extra storage. I contacted AskTech and was given instructions on how to rectify the issue. The instructions were clear and informative. I did as suggested and the issue was solved. Promp, polite and professional. This was my first experience with AskTech and, on this experience, I would highly recommend giving the a try.
I had a problem where a scam came up on my computer that looked very authentic as though it were really HP contacting me, but I was suspicious so I contacted HP and they referred me to your group and that young lady really helped me get it off of my computer and to helpprevent me from getting any more in the future. I appreciate that help. I don't know what else you want me to say other than I was satisfied. However But it's with my printer from HP so I'm looking to you or someone to help me resolve that thanks again.

He explained why I should get one TV over the other TV something I never would've known on my own. He went over extended warranties and why they are worth it and when you should buy them and when you shouldn't buy them, he was a really nice guy really easy to talk to. He explained to me why I should buy a new TV instead of trying to fix my current TV. And he wasn't one of those guys that just say I should buy a new TV. He actually asked me for the model number of my TV. He went in and found out that they're not even selling the parts any longer for my TV. In other words, I couldn't get it fixed, just a really knowledgeable, good guy.
