I'm trying to get back on Facebook after (what I believe) someone hacked my account, and apparently posted something bad, after which Facebook cancelled me. Tanya Sarkar and Pearl Wilson were very helpful, courteous and supportive. However, the site that I was sent to was not operative and was shut down, so they couldn't take me any further to again being a Facebook member. I will call them today and hopefully, they can resolve this difficulty for me so I can again use Facebook as I have for over 10 years.

Peacock was not streaming, only gave me a gray screen. Checked that I was current with payment n I was. Contacted help line. Response time was within 5 minutes. I explained my issues. I was given a list of steps to take. And it worked. I was streaming Peacock. All good.
Had an issue with windows not wanting to update on my PC due to something missing got with the tech after a few minutes he found the issue gave me step-by-step instructions on how to fix it within about 15 minutes. My problem was resolved. I'm very happy with my time with just answer. Would recommend this service to anyone.

My computer was hacked, and I had to change all my passwords. It was hacked when I was on Facebook. I am 75 years old and have Parkinson's disease. I think the man who helped me was named Andy. It took an hour and a half or more for him to help me. He went slowly, and made sure that I knew what to do. He was very competent, and I can't thank him enough.
My first tech had a power outage. I was asked to rate before I could continue. Then was asked to leave a tip. I sought the assistance of a second tech who helped me solve my issue. Rating requested but no a tip.
