The staff at Askderm is very well trained and knowledgeable; I ought to know, I have used this business for years. Whether I'm calling to order or if I just have a question about a product, they are there to help. Ordering is easy; instead of guessing which product will best suit my needs, I can get the real information to help me make the best decisions. Once I had trouble getting a dispenser to work, and they even helped with that, too!
I am really picky about where I buy things that will be absorbed by my body like skincare. This company is an authorized seller of the products they sell so I know what I am buying is what I actually get. Their packages always come so nicely packaged and quickly!
I have ordered from askderm.com for years. Always receive my orders very quickly. They package so nicely - its like opening a present :)
I bought a PMD replacement disc on December 3rd they charged my card even though they knew the product was not available. I have sent emails in order to get a refund, but nothing yet. Stay away from this company, now I have to contact my Bank and submit a fraud claim. I hope this helps others!
Askderm has always provided an easy efficient shopping experience for me. I have shopped with them for about 8 years now, have always received my packages in a timely manner and they provide tracking within a day of when my orders are placed. Great prices, customer service and overall experience.
DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY! They lie, cheat and steal! I know first hand. I ordered a product. 131.60. They can't produce a product, a tracking number, or my money. I was RAPED! I have no product, no money, and no help from the lying, cheating, thefts. I work hard for my money, and believe in rewarding good services, but I would not trust Askderm with my dead dog. RUN, they will screw you too. I have to sue the bastards to get my money back. It was the worst business experience I have ever had.
I love the Ask Derm site for all of my skin care needs. They have great products from top sin care lines such as EltaMD, Glytone and Obagi. They are currently having a 25% off sale so I am stockinng up! They also give free samples with every order so I can try new great products. Free shipping over $49!
I ordered a couple of skin care products as there was a free item, worth $131, offered with any purchase. When I opened the package, the free item I specifically wanted was not there; it had been crossed out on my invoice, and some other product had been substituted. It wasn't even the right brand, and it certainly wasn't worth $131. It was just a trial pack that I'll never use. When I phoned customer service, the rep just said that askderm had run out of the free item. And yet, when I went back to their website, there was the product that had not "run out" at all. I could purchase it for $131! I'm sure this is illegal. Companies cannot make offers and then not fulfill the promise. Don't trust this company or you will end up paying for shipping when you make a return.
