Great variety of products. Easy check out process. If you don't have to contact customer service, that is a good sign. This is not my first item I have ordered and I have yet had to contact customer service with a problem.
I placed an order on the above Versace sunglasses and received notification that the order could not be processed with no other information. The same item continues to appear on the Ashford website and placed a new order that did not appear to have been processed. If the item is not available, why was it showing as being in stock even after my order was cancelled. I cannot rate the product because it was never received.
Cheap quality frame, did not like them. I need to return this item.
