My experience with the Agent was and has always been awesome.
Nichole was very helpful. She was patient and kind, explaining all details regarding the booking. She was able to answer all the questions I had.
The cost of the ticket is very attractive, the airline used trustworthy.
I called to cancel two tickets as the persons did not get a visa and the other a passport both things beyond our control. My advisor told me to just go ahead and cancel all three tickets and buy another just for me. She promised to get a waiver to the non refundable policy. In the end I ended up with three non refundable tickets even with travel care plus the additional ticket to pay for through affirm.

Very fast and efficient, thank you jagger, I tried using my air miles from an airline and waited an hour on hold just to be told I couldn't use them
I had an outstanding customer service experience with Reno, and I am grateful how he was patient until the end. He made sure I felt comfortable enough to do the final purchase and he went above and beyond to have a successful transaction. Thank you Reno!
As usual I was contacted and help quickly and could purchase at a fair price my next trip.
This company does not play it safe for refund, you will then find out that they do not follow the rules and would like to keep your money. They will manufacture reasons not to refund you. Their agents are located all over the world. They constantly ask you to leave a message because of the time difference. In case of emergency, you are on your own. I had a horrible experience with ASAP last year it was undescribable and terrible. I will not book with this company again, even if it is FREE.

We had a horrible agent who told us we were getting seats with tickets and bags and eerything we asked thoroughly about. Over $1,900 for two tickets. We check the airline to get our seat numbers for our passenger locator forms needed for Portugal, Italy and USA and guess what? NO SEATS! We were suppose to have Economy tickets. But the airline's site said we had the Basic. Even more, the price on the airlines site for our reservation was $644. How do you go from $644 to almost $2,000?!
When I called to figure things out and even come to a solution, that jerk AJ told me that when we asked about seats coming with our tickets and he said yes they do, that we weren't specific enough. And I quote "Of course I said yes, you wouldn't stand on your feet the whole flight. Every flight comes with seats". I couldn't make this up. So I said. Well I think you should know what people mean or clarify, talk about the options since we asked about seats coming with our tickets. He's a travel agent right? He chuckled and called me too emotional. I stopped right there trying to get help from him. It wasn't going to happen.

Ms. Tina - the ASAP representative, was very efficient and very patient in providing me with her expertise in finding me that affordable airfare I requested. She knew the company's products as well as the responses to critical questions when it came to completing the paper works for the payment, and also what are the purposes of buying insurance for different purposes during the travel.
This company is the worst. I have no idea how they are in business. I have spoken to multiple agents (Musk, Reed, Kiwi and many others) and NO ONE returns my emails or calls. I was told a supervisor would reach out and nothing, no one responds. This company has cost me money and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The only reason I gave a 1 star is because there isn't an option to give negative stars.
