What a scam. Cancelled our flight 5 months prior to take off, also purchased ticket protection. No refund was given. Now I'm out of 1,300 dollars. What a scam this company is.
My flight been canceled and when I call reservations center to reissue and change date they transfer me from 1 department to other departments and can't solve the problems and been records my voice. She massage to other department I am rough person.

I had a credit on file from a previous trip. There was some negotiations on getting the credit but Cedar was helpful all through the process. She hung in with me at all the time. Very good service.

Some coustomer service persons looks likes not have experience but after several atemp found a represntive who have a necssary skils to finalized my return date re scheduling and she was help me in few minutes again would like to thanks to her.
Don't even border using them. They are horrible, give you a run around. Once they get your money, they don't really care about anything. They changed my ticket up to 10 times. I tried to call them several days for a more convenient time, they refused to call the airline for options or a reasonable alternative. Rather they wanted me to purchase another ticket.

I had to rebook the flight ticket three times and all three time they try to sell the most expensive ticket to me. Horrible service never ever book from asap ticket guys... honest review..
