A poor customer service, I asked the agent Katana for an exchange Dec 10th, I didn t get it until Dec 23rd, I payed the fare difference for a flight January 9th, but I didn't receive my new ticket. After a long wait I contacted her about my ticket, she told me that they are unable to issue the ticket for no reason, she directed me to her managment Prado to resolve the issue, he was unable to issue me a new ticket, after several mails and calls he told me that the only option is to pay 813usd for a business class and there is no flight until 20 February. Why did I payed the insurance than? He told me to wait 72hour to figure something, but no response. The Agent Katana, her management Prado and the customer service are the worst, I didn t know why they did such a thing for me. At this time I still stuck in Algeria with no inbound flight loosing money and probably my job, because I need to return to work as soon as possible.
I don t recommend this company to anyone.

I BOUGHT TWO TICKETS FROM CANADA TO INDIA RETURN AND WHILE COMING BACK WE GOT AN EMAIL THAT WE WOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BOARD THE FLIGHT JUST 6 HOURS BEFORE OUR FLIGHT.
I CALLED THE ASAP TICKETS AND TALKED ALMOST 5 AGENTS AND ALL WERE FORCING ME AHHERESSING ME TO BUY NEW TICKETS AS THIS IS SOMETHING ON THE AIRLINES AND I WILL REFUNDED PARTIALLY FOR THIS ISSUE.
EDDIE, THE AGENT FROM ASAP TICKETS FORCED ME TO CANCEL THE TICKETS AT THE LAST MOMENT AND BUT ANOTHER SET OF TICKETS ONLY.
HE THEN ACTUALLY CHARGED ME TWICE FOR EACH TICKETS BY TAKING MY CARD INFORMATION TWICE FORCEFULLY.
I AM STUDENT AND I LOST 10 THOUSAND DOLLARS IN JUST ONE SINGLE DAY.
HE THEN PROMISED ME THAT THE TICKETS HE GOT US FORCEFULLY CANCELLED WOULD BE REFUNDED BACK IN A WEEK.
NOW NO ONE IS HELPING US AND JUST ASKING US TO WAIT AND ITS ALREADY BEEN MORE THAN A WEEK. PLEASE HELP ME I HAVE LOST ALL MY MONEY.
I HAVE PROVES OF THE EMAIL FOR CANCELLED FLOGHT; HIS FORCING US TO PUT IN THE CARD DETAILS TWICE; AND EVEN THE PHONE CALL RECORDINGS FOR HARRESSING AND FORCING ME TO BUY THE TICKETS.

I booked a trip overseas or this spring. I had many question concerning Covid, refundable tickets and help with using a wheelchair assist. All of my questions were explained and answered.
We had the pleasure of dealing with Giancarlo who was very helpful and answered all the questions we had. The experiance was great and we would use him again. Thanks for the help in booking my wife and her sister to go back home for a visit.
I have used ASAP on more than one occasion for international flights. Their prices were best available 80% of the time, not always, but I liked that they had interesting options. What was a huge negative this time, I had to cancel and reschedule a flight due to a death in the family and the inability to get a timeous Covid 19 test for a flight. Asking for my refund (which was within the 24 hour period), was like pulling teeth, and to be honest I will have to wait and see if I get it without a fight, as it is supposedly "in process", but not feeling very confident. Most annoying, every time I speak to someone there, they bombard you with requests to buy their flights. To a point of making me feel taken hostage until I buy. I had confidence in them before but might think twice next time as I just don't like to forced into things. They do all make a concerted effort to be nice, but doesn't always sound genuine.

An Agent I spoke to on January 12,2021 at 6:51 p.m. Pacific Standard Time was the rudest person to have been assigned to a Customer Service Dept. He has used a condescending tone throughout even after I reminded him there was no need for it. When asked about using a travel credit to book another flight destination, he was adamant saying it was not possible without truly giving a valid and/or alternate option. At this point I wanted another person to explain why, because clearly there was this communication breakdown, however he rudely said "No"! To my shock, I asked if he seriously would not allow anyone to get on the phone with me, and again, he said NO and vocalized to add saying "Goodluck with that! That was uncalled for! It was the most disappointing customer service one could ever experience. To the people who run this company, I ask that you retrain this specific individual. We have made a conscious decision that we will never use ASAP Tickets for any future travel plans. It was our money that they have placed on credit from since COVID began and it seems that they never wanted to give it back one way or the other.
