It was a back and forth booking with Leonhart of ASAP but he was very patient and helpful with the many changes and "undecidedness" our family had. Customer service should be like him. Despite it being long process, it ended up well.

I've used ASAP Tickets before and received amazing deals to Vietnam and to Barcelona but they were like $500 RT for only 6 days. Great deal and I fully enjoyed myself. However, having said that, a flight into the future, say 5 months ahead, is too much of a pain begging in the phone forever even i could have obtained a very similar deal on other sites without has hung to listen to a foreign English speaker that is difficult to understand. In the future, I would certainty use ASAP for spur of the moment flights, but not the booking months ahead, it's to much of a headache.
