ASAP tickets are scammers. My experience is the same as the others who have been victimized by them. I booked a ticket on the phone with their agent Cheyenne, I made specific instructions as to what I wanted and repeated it several times on the phone with her. Long story short, she made a mistake. I told her that I'm taking my dog with me and would only travel American Airlines and check to make sure that the flight isn't operated by any other airlines except American. She said she found one that's perfect for that. I paid and everything. When she sent me my itinerary, it showed that the flight was operated by British Airways. After my special instructions she went ahead and did what I told her not to do. She apologized and looked for other flights with american for the whole week and she said there isn't any so she would just cancel my reservations. I went ahead and booked my own flight. I thought the issue was over. Checked my credit card a few days later and the asap tickets are still there. I called asap tickets and was told that the reservation was never cancelled. They can offer me an exchange instead. Seriously? I told them to check their recordings so they know that this was not my mistake but theirs. I got nothing but run around after that. No one wants to call me back or return my emails. I get hung up on. They won't transfer you to a supervisor or manager. They said today that my complaint has been escalated and I'm just supposed yo wait and see. Now, I get hang up on everytime I call. I blame myself for this, I should have checked them out before I called them. They have so much complaints about them not accepting responsibility for their mistakes and keeping their customers money. They even dare ask for a tip at the end of the transaction. They are hoping I'd just get tired of calling so that I'd just let it go. Once they take your money, they make it impossible to get it back. BEWARE! I called my credit card company about this and they are now working on getting my money back. I have heard from other victims that they make it so hard for the credit card company to reverse their charges. They have people who do that for them. They are all about taking your money in any way. They are not customer oriented and could care less about the pain their causing their customers. So again BEWARE of ASAP TiCKETS!

I've booked a discounted fare and purchase a travel care service plan thinking that this will protect me if there will be problem with my original travel bookings. I was sold an itinerary that will not allowed me to reach my final destination because the ticket that was sold to me would involve a transfer from one airport to another, specifically from Narita to Haneda airport, which I learned is not allowed for foreign travelers. I tried first to rebook the leg of my flight with another agent (because I the agent who sold me the ticket is not available to be reach when I called) who at first seems to be helpful by telling me that there is one seat left that will allow me to change my Haneda to Manila connecting flight to Narita to Manila which will cost me an additional CA$600 plus for the flight difference. After initially asking what are my other options, I finally agreed that she rebook me with that revised flight. However, while she was supposed to finalize the change, the line was dropped. I called back but when I talk to her again (her name is Ayaka), she told me that the one seat left got expired and that's when she told me she will call me in an hour so she can find me another alternative flight to replace the invalid ticket that was sold to me. It's been a tiring follow-up call but I never got her to attend to my issue after that - first she told me she will again call me back. But I didn't get a call back, I tried many times to call their Customer Support department at *******238 and either she would not reply when other agents transfer the call to her. In short, my issue has not been resolved and I am really disappointed at how ASAP handle its customer.

We booked our flight in with ANA and UA with asap, SFO to MNL, that time, passenger need to have 48 hours Negative PCR results which my othe half didnt come out until boarding, despite we were in the aiport. We were told to call our agent since we book through 3rd party ASAP and they ANA, cannot able to do anything. Months after we were calling them to re book the flights, We were shock to know that the booking prioce is more expensive than the amount we originally purchased the ticket due to, rebooking fees, penalty that they were saying. Its look like they intended to overprice the amount for you ypu to porfit the ticket. I would recomended this ticketing agency.
