I got my tickets through this. A friend had told me that it was a good site to get tickets. And at this point I dont know who to be mad at! I got to the airport and they said I couldn't go! With everything on hand shots test result everything READY TO GO! I paid 1500 on my tickets to Brazil. I haven't taken a vacation in 8 years I haven't seen my family in 8 years! And paid for insurance on my tickets incase I cancel or if something happens so that I can't go They wanted to give a flight for The 3rd But that doesn't work I had a date to go and a date to be back working it was supposed to be on my time if it's MY MONEY. They said I could change the date but they won't let me pick my date and they said I have till October of next year to pick! BUT THESE SONS OF $#*!ES WONT LET LET PICK! AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND ME! I'm not losing my money they said some one would call me back and this was on the 29th! We are now on the 1st of the month and still not a god damn call back! Completely unbelievable I do not recommend for any to get tickets with them their customer service is horrible and they don't care because they already have your money.

I already did send you a review about buying my ticket with Kai. Kai gives great customer service he was plaisant n patient with me. I did give 5 start with ASAP over all because you don't have access to seat map or to get a good seat n because I am doing a domestic flight in the itinerary 1st with Westjet could not check-in 48hrs prior for my seat because domestic opens 24hrs prior I call Korean but the airport with 48hrs take over the seat map they could not see the seat map. I will today after 10 am check in fingers crossed I have never bought a ticket n not have my seat prior to check in, that is important to have a windo or an ailes seat when you purchase a flight specially on a international one. I have done 1 flight in the middle seat for 14hrs once 11 yrs ago not pleasant! It is my 1st time doing a 3rd party to purchase a flight n I can say all agents have great customer service but not being able to see a sear map when people buy a ticket is not appealing to me as it's a big stress not knowing till the last 24yrs on a pretty much full flight, fingers crossed I get a good seat.
