DO NOT USE THIS ASAP. I am a seasoned traveller, having lived in several countries, having travelled across the globe regularly for work and pleasure, and having worked for an international education company. ASAP is by far the least trustworthy travel business I have ever dealt with. On this occasion I was looking to purchase tickets for 3 persons, traveling from the USA to England over Xmas 2017. I found a good deal with Priceline, but ASAP found slightly cheaper rates. The person I dealt with at ASAP was named Greg. I should have been alarmed by his poor quality and unprofessional written English, and further so by his broken English while speaking on the phone. Oh, and I should mention that he called regularly over several days, even though I told him on multiple occasions that I was not yet ready to purchase. Anyhow, I did purchase tickets, and saved $300 compared to Priceline for very similar flights. However, after I made the purchase I was called back and informed that this price was only available if I purchased their trip protection, and that I would need to spend more money to keep my tickets. I had looked at the so called trip protection, and it amounted to items already included by the airlines, or covered by most credit cards. Subsequently, I spent over 30 minutes arguing my case with Greg, who did not understand most of what I was saying due to his poor English. Greg did tell my however, that if I pay this extra fee now, that next time he would give me a very good deal. Of course my trust was completely lost, and I wasnt sure I would see my tickets or money again. I have subsequently found reviews on from other individuals on trustworthy sites such as Tripadvisor and Lonely Planet, who claim similar experiences. In sum, the business practices of this company are very shady, and they are not to be trusted. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE unless you want to be scammed and potentially lose your money.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THESE SCAMMERS. We bought a one way ticket to the Philippines with ASAP tickets costing 2,416.4 due to a bereavement. Unfortunately due to covid Eva Airlines cancelled our flights. We tried to reschedule but they kept wanting to charge us more than half of the price we paid for a 1 way ticket even though it wasnt our fault. So we gave up trying to reschedule because they couldnt give us a date without charging us more than twice the amount for a ONE WAY TICKET. When we asked for a refund they said they are only returning $1312. Because they are charging me for FUEL, TAXES etc... WHAT A JOKE! We didnt even fly and youre gonna charge us for fuel and taxes?! AND WE're only getting back less than half of what we spent. After that my agent MAYBELLE didnt respond anymore! No matter how much i call or email: PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES AND DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are a bunch of SCAMMERS! I am not the only one with this issue.
