I booked some traveling international tickets for me and my family of nine people in total. They started by sending me emails saying Schedule Changes
I called them they said pay the airline, I went to the airline they sold my tickets and I have no more tickets and they have to reissues the tickets,
fine call me one more time the said the airline wants to charge me $380 for each ticket and the got them down to $130 each ticket
And total me I have to pay them a total of $1,170 When I was not to be applied to get the airline customer service on the phone to see why I have to pay these fees
I went to the Airport and I spoke to the Airline Delta representative. The check the status of my tickets was everything fine
And I do not have to pay anything, The asap tickets call me back told me they sent emails how to pay the fee for each ticket to make sure
I asked them again why I have to pay this fee They insisted my airline will not reissue the tickets until the fees are paid,
When I told them I spoke to the airline and there is no fees need to pay the ASAP tickets hung up the Phone.

!WARNING! Do not use ASAP tickets. 100% scammers. They will not refund under any circumstances. My experience was absolutely horrendous and almost left me stranded in another country. I was naïve when I first purchased tickets overseas and they gave me a ticket through Japan but there was no checks or reference to the fact that Japan was still closed due to covid restrictions at that time. I did my own research to find out myself and tried to reason with them to change the itinerary 3 TIMES to avoid the strict Japanese layover guidelines and rising last minute costs well before my departure date but they kept insisting that everything would be ok. Ever sense that point ASAP became the worst nightmare that any traveler would experience because every update to my itinerary created problems that would keep me into a vicious cycle of paying more money and but only getting another problem prone ticket that I had to pay another "fare difference" to resolve. The extra $200 of insurance was a complete scam it doesn't guarantee anything. Either way I still had to pay the same fee or Insurance. In the end costing about 3 times the original advertised ticket cost without ever receiving a usable return ticket. I was forced to buy a whole new ticket directly from the airline, thereby completely avoiding ASAP in order to get back home. You cannot depend on them to know/follow airline rules. They will actually use airline restrictions to create conflicts, forcing you into a cycle where you constantly forced to making changes to the itinerary. I originally thought this may be related to complex Japanese restrictions but I also had friends using ASAP who used completely different Airline and they also dealt with same issues. They had to resolve the issues directly with their airline right away. There simply is no way to resolve these issues through ASAP they will prey on your frustrations of getting stranded asking for more money over and over with false promises to deliver a working ticket.
