Asaptickets agent cancel my booking (confirmation# MBVK7Y) without asking me and book (confirmation# T5RPD8) me on a flight leaving in next 12 hours for no reason. May be so they can make more money in rebooking. Even after spending more than 15 hours with asaptickets for three days, no one able to resolve the ticket issue. Agents ask for the tip and they are good only if they get a good tip from the customers.

After spending 100s of hours on phone and tens of emails, finally asaptickets agreed it was their agent's mistake and will pay the partial refund. Asaptickets took almost two weeks to re-issue the tickets (X8B9C0) with the dates I had asked for. And by then the price difference was almost 10 times more than what it should be if done at my first call. I had to pay almost the double the price of tickets as a fare difference because of the agents and customer service rep inefficiency. I have provided the call logs of 100s of calls and email chain to the customer service to get the partial refund (I should get full refund as it was their mistake).
