Harassing callbacks & texts from asap for 3 days after NOT accepting flight schedules. I received one call & two texts AFTER I told them to NOT contact me again. This morning 10-27-2022 I got a call with no one answering me, then they hung up. I called back, asked for a supervisor, refused to give me a supervisor, said they would call me back. I hung up and BLOCKED their number. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

What I mind, sorry, is that ASAP's business model has tipping. It feels inappropriate, tacky, and a significant enough turn-off that it makes me want to look elsewhere. AND it is totally inappropriate that the Customer Service rating is attached to this tipping policy. Please, reconsider what kind of a business model you are creating.

I had my flight change from one of my connecting destination. So reach out to asap and as always they assured me not to worry and yes I felt calm and they did have my schedule changed at ease. No extra money needed and was to my satisfaction.

Asaptickets convinced us to buy ticket insurance so we can cancel at any time and get a full refund. However, when we wanted to cancel the ticket because of unplanned changes, ASAPTICKETS kept about $500 of ticket insurance and a penalty for a cancelation. DON'T buy tickets with this scam company. Buy from someplace else.
