Griffith Aparicio provided us the best assistance in handling my wife's rebooking very professionally. He is very knowledgeable and extended the best service that we needed at the time that our ASAP sales agent *******@asaptickets.com left us on our own to handle the rebooking after providing us false advice and really left us in a bery difficult and stressful situation. ASAP as a company DO NOT deserve to keep EMZY as employee who would tarnish the company's reputation with the way she handles customers' travel needs.
