Initially, Zurich helped us with flight quotes to and from the Philippines. Our family was going through difficult times with our brother's medical situation, we were not sure when to travel. Zurich gave me his contact information saying to keep for future use. He was not available when contacted but he referred me to Alchemy who was very professional, helpful and resourceful explaining options that were available.
