If you book a ticket with ASAP and dont need to change your travel plans you're probably fine, but if you are looking to change your plans and have bought a travel care protection plan, good luck. I had booked a return flight and while booking i had mentioned that i might need to change the return dates. I was advised that purchase the travel plan and you should only need to pay fare difference. Total Lies Here's my experience:
The travel care plan only covers their change fees... not the airlines change fees, fare difference or any other fees. You are better off cancelling and re booking than purchasing their travel care plan.
The customer service is horrible and they will only respond via emails after a gap of 2-3 days from the last email.
The email resolution team mentioned in their email that they are not a sales team and will only respond with new travel dates after a week via email. If you need any changes or have questions, that's another 2-3 days of waiting for the next email.
Very poor customer service and total lack of empathy shown towards their customers
