Ordered a print for $495.00 was told later that i could buy it for $1295. 00 -- They never had the print to start with. Just trying to get you hooked. I have since bought one for $600 less. It is a shame that we can not do business straight up and down..
Firstly when they promised a delivery within 2 weeks, 4 weeks had passed before i had to contact them. Then they offered me a discount and promise to deliver and another 3 weeks passed with no word! Unbelievable shocking service - they still have not given my money back and i will be reporting them
I ordered a print that was no longer available. I had been looking for quite some time for a copy but had no success. Artprints searched and found what might have been the last copy in circulation. They didn't have to do that, yet they did. This kind of service is rare today. Great company.
Ordered my friend her Christmas gift and got the confirmation email. No tracking number and was from some eastern country which was a surprise to me. I then panicked looked up some reviews and was immediately worried I had been scammed. Figured not much I can do I'll see how it plays out. To my surprise I'm from Colorado by the way, I ordered on the 5th and received my purchase on the 16th. Never received a tracking number but received my order in a timely fashion definitely happy with my experience. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was no tracking number but everything else was ie; delivery and product was at or above expectations.
Was very worried about using this site judging from other reviews. There were a couple of items I wanted to order from them so I ordered one item (a print that was impossible to get anywhere else) and it came very promptly and was excellent. Now I feel more confident, I will order my other items. Quality of my print was very good.
Fraudulent company. I was charged for an order which I haven't received and I have made numerous attempts to contact the company to no avail. Will be disputing charge with my credit card company tomorrow. BBB rated them an "F". I wish I had checked them out first.
I placed an order a month ago and have not received any notification on status of my order. No shipping notification, no back order status, no email response, no phone response, no messages returned.
I believe this is a fraudulent website.
I had a great experience. I ordered a print I knew was discontinued, because I had tried to get it from Art.com and to my surprise they took the time to track one down for me and deliver it.
