In ordered bag decided i didn't want to keep it. Retuned requesting a refund. 2 weeks later received same item telling me the the tags weren't attached. I have sent them pictures of the same exact item in the same exact packaging with exact same tags in exact same place and can not receive a response from them. As much money as this company makes, I have no idea why they are giving me such a hard time about refunding my money. I don't recommend and will not shop there again.
First time potentially ordering online. I called the customer service line and was barely greeted by a young woman and it was like pulling teeth to get her to talk. I asked about how to ship items to a store, as the default is shipping to your home online. She gave me the wrong information and I ended up giving up. Also, a 20-day refund is not competitive as other stores offer 30,60 day returns. I'm not sure why they think they are above them all. They will not be getting my business, ever.
Ordered worth 800+ and didn't received the order at all. Emailed the customer service so many time but no one replied back. Called them 3 times and escalate the problem to a supervisor, they said I will receive confirmation email but nothing happened up to now. Don't order online.

If I could give them zero I definitely give them. They are liers. I purchased on August 9 and still I couldn't get my items. I asked refund they didn't do. It is worst company and service. Everytime I am calling the agent told me they investigate and someone email or call me but almost month I couldn't get my refund or items
Ordered two vests a month ago. First of all their seizes are not accurate at all. A size XS is waaaay too large, looks like a L or even XL vest.
I returned my order the next day. It arrived at the depot not much later. I still haven't heard from Armani though. Their contact gives an error message. So it's impossible to contact them about it. Worst shopping experience. Don't buy anything from these scammers

I have got a manufacturer defected watch after spending so much on this brand never thought a brand like Armani can do this to the customers so disappointed with you guys.
The Armani Exchange customer service team is abismal. I placed and order 15 days ago with the correct address and it was not delivered. When I reached out, they asked me to check with my neighbors, even though the tracking said it was never delivered. Now they're holding my refund hostage saying they need to confirm the package gets returned by UPS before they can give me my money back. When I expressed my frustration, no one even pretended to care.
I had purchased 2 T shirts cool and cute for my cruise last year. They looked like they fit so I got them then they were too tight so I tried to exchange the rude lady said more than 2 weeks no returns HELLO I WAS ON A CRUISE. So I gave them away to friends. It's Principle. I hope they go out of business can't stand them and I won't ever buy from them again!
I purchased a few items for my husband online. One of them was a hoodie. Before he wore it we washed it first like we always do. (Following the instruction) the damn hoodie shrunk and looks old. I reached out they asked for photos. After I emailed the photos and everything they emailed back with "sorry we can't return or exchange because it looks used". Horrible experience and I definitely won't be shopping there ever again.
If you're buying something online please note that they will charge shipping and duty & sales tax. I returned something and my initial refund did not include the above extra charges at all. I had to write to them and got my duty and tax back (Something unnecessary and wasted my time). But there is no refund on shipping.
They have the extra large sizes. Quality is reasonable. A bit on the pricy side but hey! Had to exchange a shirt, customer care was quite helpful.

It is just normal stuff with a much higher price. Especially the hand bags I bought a small one that fell apart in a year paid over $200 for it.

I bought two outfits that were quite poorly-designed - one jumpsuit which doesn't have a side zipper and only an elasticised upper body that requires you to step into it and the elasticised part will just stretch pass your hips. Clearly impractical. Quality of the fabric was decent but nothing to wow over.
I didn't encounter any problems with orders and shipping. Shipping was completed in about one week? Order was probably processed within two days or so. Product descriptions are super scanty.
Probably won't shop there again cos it's not value for money.
I like this brand a lot and brand is just superb. They have very good classic collections every time.
