BEWEAR OF SCAMMERS

There should be no rating for these con artists. I was baffled as to why they refused to allow me to withdraw. I should be allowed to withdraw my money whenever I choose because it belongs to me. I discovered it was all a scam when I lodged a complaint against them at /Torrecit[dot]com a recovery company. Was sufficient to assist in tracking down and returning all of my money to me.

Very bad service

I use Arriva almost every day as I do not have any other choices and I am utterly disappointed with this company.
They are unreliable, some of the drivers are not respectful. You can't trust this company as they are coming very late or early. If you have more than one bus to get your destination, you should be prepared one hour earlier than usual. I am often getting late because of it. I'm working hard to get my driving license ASAP to be rescued of all this corruptions an stupidities.
I am not happy with Arriva at all.

I have ordered from this company primarily because of the discounts offered. The last time I ordered, 6 out of 9 items were on backorder yet my credit card was charged promptly. After a lengthy wait, I cancelled a number of the items to be eventually shipped. Hoping this was not the status quo for this company, I placed an order recently for 1 item, was charged, and was then 4 days later received the dreaded email informing me the item was on backorder... big surprise! Lesson learned! It appears that this is the modus operandi for this business so I will cancel my order as I have found 2 other sites offering the same product for a comparable discounted price. Obviously their business is doing well as they continue this practice but I have taken my business elsewhere!

Unbelievable

My girlfriend lives in Guildford with 2 children and today after school she waited over 1 hour and a half for a buss to arrive 4 busses that where clearly timetabled did not show. This is only one example! Very very often buses are late or don't even show up this is absaloutly unexceptible especially considering that 1. This is the only buss service that runs both sides of Guildford town, and 2. Prices are the most expensive compared to the other services. I will always do my best to avoid using this service when I can due to its unreliability even if it means paying more for a taxi unfortunately for other it's not that easily!

Absolutely useless.

So after over 10years not a single worker has thought it'd be a good idea to carry change as everday people don't have change on there belt ready at 6:00a. M but no, you still get on a bus and if you hand the driver a note they give you a look asif you've just murdered there family there and then. Then theres the matter of punctuality. The times given may aswell be made up as they are always late and if they're ever early they just drive off anyway. 50% of the drivers are of no help and clearly do not have a care in the world about you and even themselves as it seems with one driver even refusing to turn his head to examine my ticket. Way overpriced for a shocking service.

I wish I had read the previous review before I ordered. The prices are seductive, but there is a reason. They are always back ordered, so you never receive them.
You are charged right away, but never sent the product. This is a scam. I ordered mine on Dec 7th, it is now Jan7th, and still nothing Also you can never reach them by phone, no one picks up.

I thought it only fair to report that over a month later - I think I got the last of 5-6 boxes of my order - so ultimately they did deliver (I think... I lost track with all the deliveries with one or two travel size products). The positives: there is always an approximate 30% discount; they send free samples in each package. The negatives: their pre-printed "you finally got your order!" cards are better quality than the order form (why have pre-printed apology cards unless you use them in quantity?). Expect you'll get desperate and buy some part of your order, again, elsewhere, while you wait, like me b/c you actually need it. Worry as to whether things will arrive as some here had that experience. So you might get your stuff, but frankly even with the great discount:;, the worrying about the money and receipt, not having it when you need it, and extra expenses of products elsewhere outweigh the discount as an experience I don't want to repeat. It'd be awesome if they only had their products in stock - clearly an issue expressed in many complaints over a long time. But... if you're willing to take the risk, you may get a great deal, especially if you've got a lot of time to wait for it, and don't mind your money taken meanwhile. Bottom line: it could be a gamble.

So they came first to the bus stop well done and have a good day they are a bit rubbish and taken time to get anywhere but they take there time and get there in 1 peace so have a great day Arriva

This company is ridiculous. Ordered product on August 15th. Its now September 25th and nothing. Requested a refund. Avoid this company!
