Hi Archie's Team,

Quality issue of the delivered order no.: AL**************

I ordered expecting a better quality grade delivery, as it was a surprise for my wife. Whole day got ruined because of the wrong commitments through your site.

We are totally disappointed and unhappy with the delivered products of the above bearing order number.

Even cake packing was as normal as street side bakery, though they had made other beautiful pink boxes for other customers of their own.

Rose bouquet and Cadbury milk bouquets were really disgusting. Look at the attached pictures for better idea.

Tried calling Helpdesk, NO USE.

Unexpected result from ARCHIES. IT WAS REALLY DISGUSTING.

Whatever. It was not fair and proper way of doing business/minting money.

If Archies want to keep up their reputation, then reach me at *******753 or *******936.

Extremely unacceptable service, no communication, no reply to emails, no one picks up the phone.lt was a special gift for my uncles 85 th birthday. It is very distressing.

Ordered big flower bouquet, fancy birthday cake & card from ArchiesOnline.com. They made many promises to 'delight my loved-one' yet, never delivered these gifts or offered any explanation. They refused to answer my emails or requests to return my money. They ruined my loved ones birthday and delivered nothing to hospital patient. Caused much embarrassment, hurt feelings and sadness instead. Feeling very stupid that I did not read customers reviews BEFORE wasting my time and money. ArchiesOnline is a scam site.

Honestly, after reading the reviews here, I was nervous. I mean really nervous. But my experience went fantastic. I ordered Yoda on Monday and her was delivered Thursday with free shipping. It was exactly what I had ordered at a great price. Will not hesitate to purchase from them again, with no worries lol.

I ordered a personalised photo frame from archies online on 31st October 2020. Still the status is packed. Its not even shipped. I tried contacting the customer service multiple times via email. But no response. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied with their service. Please do not order from archies online if you really want to gift someone

I ordered from Archies a rakhi set of 2.
They charged me exorbitantly for sending rakhis overseas. I paid because i believed this *FRAUD* company.
I ordered something and they delivered something
1st picture: Ordered rakhi
2nd picture: received rakhi
There was supposed to be roli and chawal but well, it wasn't there as well just like the ordered rakhis.
Tired of calling the only helpline number they have and that too has incoming calls barred.

Worst experience

I had ordered a friendship day hamper to my friend... and it has to b delivered today. But still I haven't get any message about the shipment. This is very disappointing. Please do not order anything frm this online store. It's waste of money. I have even added the gift wrap.it wascompletely waste of money. They don't even receive calls. This is a complete fake. Please donot waste your money on this online site.

I had ordered a birthday card and a buddha idol for my friend on 12th July. On 14th july it said the order is delivered in some wrong address. I tried calling customer care which said all incoming calls are barred. Then after a plenty of tickets raised and getting the same answer- order delivery has been returned as it was lockdown at the receiving city. I waited knowing the current situation. After a few days got an update saying it has been re dispatched. On july 25th my friend received the order. I was happy becos he got it exactly on his birthday. But when he sent me the picture of what he got I was freaked out. It was a ganesha idol, that too color gone at patches. Raised multiple tickets no reply and on 28th July i got an update again saying order re dispatched. Today when i checked the delivery status on dtdc site i was shocked. It said the item is a rakhi! Comm on why would i giv a rakhi to my friend. Such a worst service spoiling all the sweet moments we wanted to cherish. Archies was such a good one couple of years ago. From now I will not buy or order anything from archies.

They r jus running a fraud company, playing with people's sentiments... Showing them exotic products n finally delivering roadside one's
Even the people who sell those things roadside they give u what they show... Their products might be cheap but they atleast dont bluff around with people.
But this well know "archies"... r jus trying to make people fall for their totally bull$#*! products online.
I've had this worst experience of online shopping with them... Totally useless... fooling people around.

Wrong delivery

Ordered daughter in law card for birthday, they delivered daughter card.
These people don't know the difference between daughter and daughter in law.
Customer care number is not working.
It's been three days and there is no reply for customer service.
Poor service.

First of all I wouldn't suggest you to use the Archie's website. Second if you need Archie's website please use other shopping websites like Amazon, Flipkart or Myntra. And if you desperately want to order in the Archie's website I suggest you to order atleast a month before you need the product. I wanted to gift someone on June 3 so I ordered on May 27 but I received the packages on June 7 and June 15. I agree it's difficult to deliver products during lockdown but there must atleast be some kind of update or way to reach the customer care. Even when I sent a mail to the customer care I only got the automated email saying they'll get back. But there's nothing wrong with the product. So please don't use Archie's website. Buy Archie's products through some other shopping website if you want a timely delivery without any hassle.

I have ordered flowers and gifts for people in India in several websites. In the idea that archies was supposed to be renowned for its timely gifts and cute little things earlier before 5-6 years back; I bought flowers for my grandparents 60th anniversary. Despite promising a free ship in india for orders above Rs. 149 within India they charged me a shipping of Rs. 200. I thought its fine if they deliver on time. But the flowers reached my grandparents only after i filed a paypal refund that item wasnt received after A day of expected delivery. The worst part is they dont respond to your queries or reply to your responsibly. So arrogant! And worst customer service. I would never use them or recommend them ever again in life...

I had placed a same day delivery order for flowers, which was not delivered for 4 days and then i asked for cancellation, so the customer care representative said it is cancelled but after 10 days the order was marked delivered and the cancellation email did not came through.

When i called the customer care they said that the order was delivered and confirmed with recipient, but recipient clearly told them that order was not delivered and cancelled.

This is a fraud website. Please do not order, worst customer service.

Never Choose Archies

I had placed a Rakhi order with archiesonline almost two weeks ago and I was expecting it to be delivered before 15th of Aug but the order wasnt delivered on time and
There were items missing from the shipment. I tried reacing out the helpdesk, but you have a dysfunctional customer care, no one is picking up calls nor do you reply to emails.
This kind of sub-standard service is highly unacceptable. Simply disgusting! #archiesonline #illreputed #irresponsible #neverChooseArchies
