Never book anything online from Archies. 1st - they have dysfunctional customer care number; 2nd - they do not reply to emails; 3rd - they ship wrong products (that are worst gifts) and have the audacity to take it for granted that you will use this $#*!ty product as the original product that you booked was unavailable. And after realising their mistake, instead of refunding the amount (after customer promises to send back the $#*!ty product), they give you just 5% discount on the next purchase. Who would want to purchase again from such an ill-reputed online store! Pathetic online service!

I had placed an order with archiesonline almost two weeks ago I was expecting it to be delivered by 19th of Aug but it didn't get delivered I tried messaging on the number given initially they did reply and said product was delivered but when I checked shipment details on the given link it stated it is being delivered to the address which I had not entered (seems to be wrong address) I tried to contact customer care on this no reply on my complaint
It was really disappointing forget about the order and delivery but no one was there to entertain my queries.
I tried calling at customer care--> no answer

Din't receive the whole order, items were missing from combo. Dint deliver on time and more worse part customer care service, they never respond properly, I raised a complain regarding this but nothing happened. Neither I got my money, nor I received the product. I would recommend not to use Archies ever at least if you are sending a combo. And don't expect to surprise your Loved ones using Archies. They will definitely spoil your surprise and make it worse. Thanks
