Honestly, the worst shopping experience I've ever had. I understand retail has changed alot over the past 5-10 years but these guys set the bar at a new all time low. I brought my first ever! Compound bow. Thought I'd do the right thing by not buying cheaply. I paid for a brand new bow and instead got a bow that had clearly been altered either in the shop or bye a previous owner. I would of taken the bow straight back to the store but unfortunately I live out of state. Because I am new to bows it took me a two weeks to pickup the defects in the bow. When I called I was told they would not replace the bow nor would they refund. I was told over the phone that I would need to ship it back to the manufacturer in the USA. I was also told to reach out the the manager/owner via email "if" I had an issue. Long story short it was a nightmare from there. These people are land Pirates! & they seem to have the whole (sell a used/damaged product then blame the customer) thing dialed in. They were ready! Sure they have a big range and a lot of the gear is fairly priced. But the after sale experience is horrific. This store should come with a hazard sign. The management team are the worst offenders.
Definitey avoid shpping online. Go in to the store if you have NOO other option. Inpect the product thoroughly before leaving.
You dont have to believe me - ask almost any other archery retailer in the country their reputation proceeds them

I've placed two orders from them. The first order was for a bow and 12 arrows. I phoned up and asked if the bow was in stock, they said it was. The order still hadn't arrived after a month, I phoned them up and said it would be sent soon. When it finally arrived, the arrow nocks were glued in wrong & even falling out.

The second order was for a replacement bow-string, I asked for a 12 strand red/black string - they sent me a blue/white 16 strand without notifying me.

When I called up to ask what happened, the phone rings off the hook. I've been trying to get hold of them but customer support isn't available I guess.

I've recently bought a bow and associated accessories from these guys. The service was A+. I'm a noob to the archery game and they provided me with everything I needed.

In addition to helping me with my selection they also corrected some of my technique flaws with a practice on their in shop range. They setup, adjusted and explained all that they did, making sure I understood.

A huge help and will be my go-to store.
