My flight doesn't pull up on the airlines website. Flights keep changing and Arangrant has to keep getting involved but things still are not correct. Very frustrating for a business class ticket.
I had purchased a few international tickets from Arangrant, both business and economy classes, and had positive experience. Customer services were great, fares were better than other sites. I now check with Arangrant whenever I need international tickets.

Our flight has changed (cancelled) and I cannot get ahold of anyone to rebook it. We have spent thousands of dollars and would expect the courtesy to return a request to rebook and or explain the flight options.

I needed to fly from Syracuse to Rome. Arangrant could not book this on one ticket. I needed to fly to Newark on one ticket, pick up my bags then check in again for the international portion of the flight. When I book through other agents, I can book directly from Syracuse to my overseas destinations.

First, the Supervisor never called as promised in September 2024, despite our ongoing reservation issues and the numerous misleading assurances we received. We were led to believe that our credit card payment was going directly to the airline, which turned out to be completely false.
Last month, I had to return urgently due to my wife's complex fractures in her right hand. Neither the airline nor Aran Grant provided much assistance, forcing me to purchase another ticket on my own.
Following this, Aran Grant falsely assured me that I would receive a refund for my return ticket. They initially requested a medical certificate, which we provided. Then, they demanded a marriage certificate from the late Sixties—despite the fact that my wife's passport clearly states my name as "Husband." Even after complying, Aran Grant refused to disclose the refund amount.
Does Aran Grant not trust its customers? How often does a passenger change flights for "fun," fabricate a medical emergency (even with a valid certificate), and falsify their spouse's name? Why is a passport, which explicitly confirms marital status, not considered sufficient proof?
Our experience with Aran Grant has been one of frustration, deception, and unfulfilled promises, with no access to upper management for resolution. Given their failure to deliver on commitments, we have no choice but to escalate this matter through other forums, including social media. I am not sure if Alan Grant will be my choice next time.

We had no communication issues with the travel advisor in question but were extremely dissatisfied with the management team beyond that. S/he never called despite reminders. We will find out how well the travel on our way to India that was booked through this agency. Beyond the initial experience, there is more to it.
The company is doing business with several names- TripRobotics Inc., Ovago.com, AranGrant.com, and Wowfare.com. We bought our ticket through Aran Grant claiming to "know where and how to get exactly what our clients want." However, based on my experience, this could not be further from the truth. I purchased ticket to India through Aran Grant, traveling on ITA in Premium Economy.
The worst of Aran Grant surfaced when I faced an urgent need to change my return flight due to a medical emergency. My wife suffered multiple complex fractures in her right hand in the United States, while I was in a remote village in India. The response from Aran Grant was shockingly unhelpful, bureaucratic, and lacking in basic human empathy. It was an impersonal form letter, utterly indifferent to the urgency of my situation.
With late return options offered by Alan Grant, I had to buy a separate return ticket. Upon returning to the U.S., I initiated a refund request with Aran Grant. What followed was nothing short of a deliberate runaround, lasting about four weeks. I summarize this ordeal as follows:
O Aran Grant falsely assured me that I would receive a refund for my return ticket.
O They initially requested a medical certificate, which I provided.
O Then, they demanded a marriage certificate from the late Seventies—despite my wife's passport clearly listing me as her husband.
O Even after complying with these requests, Aran Grant refused to disclose the refund amount.
O I asked Aran Grant, how often passengers fabricate medical emergencies and relationships just to claim a refund? Why is a government-issued passport, which explicitly confirms marital status, not considered sufficient proof?
Given Aran Grant's failure to deliver on commitments, I seriously doubt that Aran Grant will be my choice for future travel. I do not recommend Aran Grant to others as well considering their gross misrepresentation of the facts to the airline on our behalf.
Secondly, Aran Grant offered a $50 travel voucher to be used as a discount on the next trip, " If you reconsider your rating and support our company with a better review, the travel voucher will be validated and added to your account." It is appalling that Aran Grant would have the audacity to ask me for a better review.

I recently booked a business class ticket from Toronto to Europe through AranGrant travel agency. During the booking process, I provided my American Airlines frequent flyer number, expecting to earn miles for my flights, particularly those operated by British Airways. Answer: Any compnay would be better, in fact you are better making your own reservations directly through the airlines if you know how to. Otherwise any other agency would be better than this one. Stay away.
Answer: They act like a scam company making all sorts of claims, then saying you are unable to do anything you were told you can do.
