I had received a sleep Apnea machine of which I was not able to use a get to sleep with after contacting the company to come get machine several times with no show I took it upon myself to return machine they sent me a bill and said my insurance company refused to pay which was a lie they never contacted my insurance provider they now want me to pay for machine of which I could not use they are wanting to rob me I have called several time but the last time someone from the Philippines got nasty with me and said they would just keep billing me.

BUT they trained me on what cpap I was getting
They sent a completely different cpap
I called they said they shipped what was available
And then said call your doctor for what cpsp you want
I'm sry but this is very poor service
I placed an order for supplies in November and here it is December 19th and no supplies received. After holding on the line for over 25 minutes I finally got someone who said they reached out to me and got my voicemail and just hung up. Left no message. Zip. So, what do those morons do? They CANCELED my order, which I needed, so now am forced to try to find supplies elsewhere. Don't bother with these people who don't even answer their phone. If could give ZERO stars, I would!
A bit confusing and some missed voicemails, but I think this was just due to Covid. Employees I talked to mentioned they were working from home and trying their best. All employees were super helpful and courteous
This company is the worst overall, customer service ( cant speak english), No Help with new machine, So many charges on my credit card on file that it is now maxed out. I used a small one for this thankfully. When i asked for a detailed Invoice, She asked me * For what *, She sent me an Invoice of Just Dates and the amout that was paid, No reason, no explanation nothing.
I had to call my insurance company to find out and they to were confused because there was no claims for said amounts, She had us on 3 way to resolve it. Come to find out... they only took 15.75 out many times instead of 78.74 a month for 6 months. I removed my Credit card from the system 2 weeks ago to stop the declined charges.
I WILL NEVER USE THE COMPANY AGAIN
Jason, Manager made my phone calls so comfortable and he was so very helpful to take time out for my concerns and still doing his job. Went right to the source of my concern and took action to relieve my worries.
A vast improvement over my previous experiences. Most notable, hold time was minimal. The agent spoke clear English, I wasn't transferred 8 times. I have had some extremely bad service with this company in the past.
These people do not empower their workers to do well for the customer so they don't.
Asked three times to have my order shipped right away as I was going on extended vacation. Each time I was told my request would be forwarded to supervisor but the shipment arrived two weeks afterwards.
No excuse! Called in to complain, was told to leave call back number, missed the calls when agent called me, agent left callback number that went directly to voicemail. BASICALLY LEAVE A CALL BACK NUMBER YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF ANSWERING!
This order was late and had missing item.
THEY COULD CARE LESS.
Only two things for these folks to do:
1 ship product to arrive on time
2 collect money
Fails miserably on first item!
This review is a few months overdue as I am a caregiver and also work full time and got busy with life. Meghan and Javer (Ft Myers office) went above and beyond when trying to help with a crazy situation that occurred when I called the after-hours line. We have used Apria for close to (I think) 10 years now, and I would highly recommend them for your O2 needs. We have used them many times while traveling (had equipment delivered to homes and hotels) and had no problems whatsoever. They really do care about customer service, and that is unfortunately a rare occurrence in the medical field.
After 22 years of use and res up ply I was denied resupply until I completed a new sleep study and received a physicians order-I was dismayed. I called customer service from our SC home, was connected to Ashley and my problem was resolved. Ashley was empowered to search Apria's data base for my most recent sleep study performed in CT. The next day, she promptly called me with news she had found the study. Having secured my Drs validation, my resupply was on its way. Ashley should be commended for her customer orientation, sense of empowerment to act and her positive reflection on Apria. Thx Ashley!
Apria is good with tanks and concentrators, but new equipment they just don't supply. I have been waiting for 4 months for a Inogen One G5. Today they said again, that they have no idea when it will come.
A wonderful experience, albeit a little frustrating dealing with out of state hospitals. The local sales and technical stall were outstanding. Helpful and courteous and willing to go the extra distance for me. I appreciate their help and support and look forward to working with them in the future. A special shout out to Melissa Melendez of APRIA health care for her patience, persistence and professionalism. Without her assistance I would have given up on placing this order.
Been using co. For years, never had problems until recently. Needed O2 for mom, 1st one they brought was defective and alarm sounding. 2nd delivery 1-5pm next day mom having panic attacks and problems. Asked if could get sooner. NO.
Now that mom has passed taking a week to pick up equipment.
Hasnt been the best customer service.
Very reassuring that I can always count on Apria representatives professionalism and care when ordering and reviewing my equipment. At 71 I will Very satisfied with the attention to detail and professionalism relating to my equipment and healthcare needs with Apria. Looking forward to a long and positive relationship in the months and years ahead.
A man delivered my equipment and explained what to do and how. I have now had the chance to explain the equipment to two other ladies, because they wasn't told how to operate their equipment. Thanks Johnny
Abbie was the person that explained everything about the BIPAP machine to me and it was very easy to follow. I would recommend Apria Healthcare to everyone. Thank you so much for helping me sleep better.
Account set up at clinic, ordering and billing set up, easy from there. Particularly like the emails when it is time to place another order on your website.
Apria is horrible! They are supposed to permit the insurance company 30 days to render payment for submitted claims…but then immediately after they bill my insurance they charge my credit card. They continued to do this for several months until I called my insurance provider and they called Apria to tell them to STOP BILLING ME. Of course they said it was a "mistake"…which is OBVIOUSLY not the case. They also keep sending me things I don't use and then bill my insurance. I have considered going to another DME provider but I just don't want to have to start all over again. If you haven't already signed up…DONT! Don't waste your time…
I have severe obstructive sleep apnea. When my old Cpap died after 10 yrs, I had to get another Rx. Dr prescribed it & sent it to Apria, It took 2 weeks to get the new Cpap. I literally almost died. My PB rose to nearly 200. I was begging them to get it to me. Finally it arrived. After 2 yrs it started making a loud squealing noise that kept us up all night. I called Apria they said bring it in. I left it with them & they promised to get back to me ASAP. After a week I called back, they had to take a message. The tech called back 2 days later & sd she had not been told it was there, bet she checked it & it was A-OK. I explained the problems I was having, she sd I would have o come in with my mask. Drove across town again, met with her & turned the Cpap on. It immediately began a loud screeching noise, which she seemed shocked by. She sd she would send it to ResMed. Sd it would take about a week & she would call back with cost of repair. Sd it would take about 2 weeks to repair & return. Three & 1/2 weeks later- No call back, can't get a hold of the tech. I could have died & they don't care.
