I applied for a pan card for my mother in Apply Pan India for my mother and paid Rs 349. I contacted them to get an acknowledgement no. They replied me saying that I have not applied with them. So, I have sent another mail to them with attached invoice to them and I have not received any reply from them yet. Well I will wait for a couple of days more and after that if I don't get any kind of reply from them I am thinking about reporting them in consumer court. Have any of you guys done that.
Hi guys, It's not fake, today after 15-16 days of parshtaxsolutions receiving my documents have sent me my EPAN, which i have verified via income tax dept. They have a poor service in terms of not being able to mail you back which you expect after paying 500Rs, 400Rs higher than NSDL. Have patience if you have invested your money, you will get it. COVID might have delayed the process
I have sent my supporting documents two times to their address and even after two months the application in awaiting physical document status - "Waiting for Physical Application to reach our PAN Services office". I have already paid them approximately 130 rupees for the pan card and have been mailing them from past 2 months but there is no response from their side.
This site seems to be doing nothing after people pay the money. Also, there is no customer care number where one can talk or get a proper update.

Even after completion of 5 months I didnot get my pan card till now. It is my humble request dont go to apply pan card through pan ind otherwise you may go to apply through UTIITSL. Stay away from pan ind.

I had applied PAN card for my minor daughter Vanya Parolia on 25th Apr 2016. ApplyPANIndia provided coupon no but they wrongly applied for my son
Instead of my daughter. I had already provided Aadhar card and date of birth certificate as they requested & now they are asking for additional ID proof!
Now I have given Passport details as well for my minor daughter apart from Aadhar card & birth certificate. Still no response... not sure what else is

I have submitted my application on 14th Till 20th website status is not received. I guess these people started work in 2020 less info is available of status, no reviews of customers.
I have applied for changes in my name for which i have ID proof matching submitted passport but i got an intimation asking for a signed copy by gazetted officer.

May be these guys without verifying just sending junck mails
Even after sending the correct documents they are simply telling docs are mismatching
Recommend dont go with apply pan online they are fake they will take your money and they will not return at any cost
We have paid, 500 to them for the pan card, invoice no. *******, no response from their side, no contact number available, absolutely fake website.
It is a fake PAN card service company. Please do not get into it. It has been 1 month and there is still in process state of application.

I applied for NEW PAN CARD in the month of May and they did not bother to update in the portal about the status and after contineous followup for more than 15 days i got some more documents needed, even after providing the same the same they are not responding for email. It is highly impossible to connect over phone to the PANINDIA,
Very very poor and bad service provider, please use another service provider for getting new PANcard
