Never apply for pan from this site as this is a fraud company, they will take 3 times money than original value and once applied they will never reply u back. There is no contact number as well. Can't give a single rating for this fraud company.
Don't apply online it's a fraud company, never ever responded to any of the mail. 10 s of times posted thru the their site but they never responded any of email nor never get any email from them. Wasted my money and time. I'm in frustration. What to do now
Very worst service ever seen. These people just take money and don't give their service. I applied for the correction in my name n paid 500Rs and posted all the required documents to them. Its been more than a month now still not getting any status of my application they just send a mail that your application is under process but even after a month I have not received my pancard. I lost my money and also time. People beware of these fraud site n never use their services

This is to all the users who apply pan through this website www.applypanindia.in is worst website you opt. Don't ever post any Pan card application through with them. They does not provide you service, its been 2 months i have been waiting for the pan card until this date i have not received the same, i have lost the fund i paid. It's my humble request you to all because of my mistake i have lost my funds and time, don't let that happen to you. Their website looks like a government website and all but its a fraudulent. This is my personal experience. Government of India should ban these fraudsters and should reverse all the funds they had taken from customers.
Applied for pan card correction paid rs499 and just got scammed on
18-09-2020. I was in a hurry id didn't paid much attention but these scammers are everywhere and they even promote themselves via google ads i hope i can report this website to google so that they do not promote this frauds. Even tried to report income tax website pan card grievances section but they closed that website and now there's only toll free number to contact i will contact on that
Please do not use this service, they are scam, will collect your documents and then ask for others. Will make excuses for not applying for a card.
I am not sure what they do with your documents.
I am complaining about them to NDSL.
Their customer service is worse than govt banks, they don't reply more than once a day.
I think their intension is to make fake identities, by collecting original identities.
Please dont give them any documents.

It's the worst portal ever. First, if you select residence address you still have to fill office address and I do not live in India. I filled my Qatar address and it's automatically showing ******* in pincode which is not getting changed on clicking and qatar does not have a ZIP code. In the end, I had to fill in my India residential address. I put my international number but never received an OTP on it. They do not accept international cards. After I finished the payment, the portal asked for an OTP which I had been waiting for 30 minutes. I never received it on my email ID or phone after requesting it twice and still waiting. It's better to apply manually than to apply online. There is no point.
Worst service, non of the phone numbers provided in the website not working and simple lute the money 499/- for PAN Card. Finally. They didn't reply to for mails also.

I lost my Pan card and I applied for a new one on their website more than 2 months ago. The first month they were forthcoming with their responses, but post that when my Pan card still hasn't arrived, they stopped responding to any and all queries.
Fake site.It appeared as a pop-up on my mobile claiming they have got SSL certificate implying online payment is secure. Didnt get even an acknowledgement message after sending relevant documents. Once you ask for refund, they will become silent for the rest of their lives, not answering any of your emails. Agents with no accountancy background.

They charge you Rs. 499 for a new PAN card, whereas the actual fee is just Rs. 107.
My can card was not processed in 25 days and on top of that they did not pick up my calls. Apply through NSDL only.

This is completely a fake website. Pan card is completely related to Indian citizenship issues and dono what the government is doing.
They want real passport and Pan card so they can change the name and money! So I give them everything and they have no guarantee, I will get anything.
They should be in Jail for asking for government documents when they are not authorized to do that.

Just because of this lockdown scenario procedure is somehow lengthy but though they charge more they give you best service I got my e PAN and also got my PAN physically

I sent the doc to given address via courier cost is Rs. 40 then they reply back to photo miss match after that again i sent to the address with 2 photo copy with courier cost Rs. 40.
Now i'm trying to contact them but phone switched off!

This website is fake, fraud and unreliable. Guys ever never try to do payment in this website you will be frustrated with this fraud website. Better stay protected and use government website for any PAN related application.
It's so unfair that when they want to contact you they can email you right away but when you need to now the details of your documents they are no where to be seen...#scam #fraud #illegal
My son has applied for PAN and after they have not replied any of his mails and are returning the money.
