Ordered crisper tray for our Ikea refrigerator. Order had processed and been fulfilled, sent to shipping within a day! It arrived well packaged. Super easy transaction and definitely will use Appliance Parts Pros again!
The warehouse did not ship in a box and the first item was chipped. I contacted their Customer Service and they quickly resolved the issue and shipped another with special instructions. Love their install videos too.

We broke both vegetable drawers in our refrigerator which was several years old. I really had no hope of replacing them but tried AppliancePartsPros since we needed them to get our house ready for sale. I found EXACTLY what I needed. The site was easy to use. Not only did their website give me confidence I was picking out the right part for my washer, the excellent video instructions made the repair much easier. There were a couple of little screws and latches that I would've struggled with for quite some time had I not seen the clear instructions on the video.
This is the third or fourth time I have purchased parts from this vendor, and will definitely do so in the future if I have a need

Replaced belts on washer but problem persisted. Had to replace the motor - now working fine. Parts were ordered with expedited delivery and they did arrive quicker than I expected. AppliancePartsPros personnel made sure I was getting the correct parts and placed the order for me. I am very pleased with the service I received and very happy I can still use my 15 year old Maytag washer! My wife is NOT impressed with the washing machines that are now on the market.

I have a 48 inch DCS range and hood in my great room. The fan regulator broke so the fan was always on high and very loud. I found the model on Appliance Pro's and bought the regulator. I watched the video on the website. I actually changed to regulator in about 30 minutes with a screwdriver. It was pretty simple. I figured it would have cost at least $300 to have the local appliance store do the repair. Thanks for all your expert instructions!

Prices are fair shipping is fast. The problem happens if anything needs to be returned. They will tell you 7-10 days. Then 7-14 days and finally they will tell you they don't know when. I highly recommend using paypal so if an issue arises you can get your money back.
I purchased a washing machine bearing seal, three times. It was always the bigger seal. My repairman knows he ordered the smaller size, at least two of the three orders.
I don't have time, nor feel like dealing with returns. So, it's been almost a year, and my washing machine is still inoperable.
I apologize for any inconvenience. If at any time you receive a part and it isn't what you ordered, you only need to let us know and we will work to rectify the situation.
Ordered 2 parts for a dishwasher. Both delivered next day! One was perfect; the other broken. Called and spoke with Cindy who was very helpful and efficient. New part was ordered but then was delayed. (As much is these days) Point being - communication was excellent and part was received shortly after. Great Company.

I needed a part for my washing machine, I absolutely had to have it next day, due to a family member being hospitalized. They fed-ex grounded it, charged me for next day shipping, refused to refund even a portion of the shipping fees, was told that is how they do business, it was only 13 hours late "to bad". I will NEVER use this company again!
I purchased a water inlet valve from them, and their assistance with the installation and their knowledge is second to none! They were outstanding in resolving some confusion with my washer model number, and the correct part number! I called them on a Saturday, and my hold time was about a minute, no exaggeration! Their site had an Outstanding How To Do video. Truly exceptional service!
They are definitely my Go To vendor for appliance parts and how to guidance!

I purchased a new upper grille for my whirlpool microwave but it was the wrong color. Called them back to return it, no problem except! They would not pay the return fee, Okay! ISo I thought I would pay the return fee, wrong! The part had cost me $48 the return fee was $38. So, they must get a better deal on shipping than me. I put the wrong color grille on, looks bad but oh well. So, the point of me taking the time to write this review is, if you need to buy a part online use Amazon, Google Express or check with the seller to guarantee they have a decent return policy.
I ordered some kitchen 5 knobs for my daughter. They start sending one, by one, by one. I called three times, they were on back order. It's been 24 days, and still don't complete my order. They NEVER told me, they didn't have it. It's a shame, they advertised 2 day delivery. That's not true. I will never will buy anything from this company.

Ordered part was accurate, economical, and as advertised. Arrived damaged, and was replaced at no charge and in record time. All personnel were professional, courteous and customer oriented. All of which are extraordinary characteristics considering the cavalier manner in which many businesses operate these days.

Overall the price was good, service was excellent. Fedex had issue with package and had to return to them due to label unreadable. Customer service shipped another one out as soon as they heard it was being returned. When part did arrived, I was surprised to see if was only in an insulated bad. Part was slightly damaged due to it not being in a box, some plastic broke off and the terminals were slightly bend.

I ordered a part and paid for fedex smartpost. The part traveled from Illinois, Wisconsin, Mississippi, Arkansas, Dallas before arriving to my State Oklahoma.The company does not make you aware of this when you select this shipping method. Their prices are higher than other companies. I could have ordered from Amazon.com with two day shipping (free). Appliance Parts Pro took seven days. Let The Buyer Beware! I won't be using them again, they are on my Black List
Wendee deserves a ×2 pay raise. She found the correct Samsung dryer shipping bolts through cross-referencing part#s. She spent probably an hour making sure i had the correct part, and got it shipped overnight. Thats customer service! Excellent work!

When you have no clue what your doing on a DIY do it yourself repair, its nice when the website actually directs you to just the part you need and has a DIY video that makes it easy and is also 100% accurate to what you will experience when doing the job.
I can't recommend this company any more than this. They should get 6 stars. Super-fast, even during Covid19 and everything spot on. Not to mention the best prices I seen -though price was not my first consideration this time. Information was.

Had an issue with a Samsung refrigerator freezing up. Looked up the parts and the comments on the site identified the most likely culprit. Ordered it, watched the videos to install it and everything works like new. If you are handy with a screw driver and know a little about electricity this is a cost effective way to fix appliances.
