You will be changed via nochex, who unlike PayPal state they have no say in refunding you as it's down to the merchant

AppleIphoneUnlock - pIease organise a full refund to my credit card which is what I am entitled to under the consumer rights act 2015, since you are unable to deliver the service promised at the initial contract purchase stage.

I do not want a "refund as a voucher for you to use towards another service" or "a discount if you do wish to proceed with this order", I want my money back.

People, please never use their "services". Appleiphoneunlock same as doctorunlock. I paid for iCloud unlock twice and got messages that they can't unlock it and my money will not be refunded. They just stole my money saying that maybe in the future will be a new service that will cost extra money and will be able to help.
At the same time they made my phones reported as lost/stolen although I checked on several sites many times before placing an order - they were clean! That's all about getting more money from you. Don't trust them, please. I have two valid order#'s if you want a proof of my words..

My experience tells me this is fraud. Read their Terms and Conditions (completely illegal according to EU law). The first payment to sign up to a mailing list is already a red flag. But the second payment should start the process to unlock the sim-lock, which would happen in the next 30 work days. It is now overdue, and they refuse to return the money. NOCHEX, the payment company, refuses to acknowledge this malfeasance by their client and cancel the payment. Right now my money is held hostage to whenever appleiphoneunlock.uk decides to do anything. This is illegal business practice, their Terms and Conditions are not above the law. They told me they can unlock iCloud for my iPhone, I paid 28$, they asked for additional 32$, they couldn't provide any service, unfortunately they reject making refund and my money gone, after that they do not respond to my email as well, completely fake site.

This has been on the tracking for 90 days as of this writing. I availed the premium iCloud unlock for my iPad 4th gen last 11 Feb 2020 for an additional fee, which is on top of my initial availment of the said service. Their last reply to my follow up email after 30 days from 11 Feb 2020 was it could take up to 90 days. I waited since I have no use either for their voucher for a sim unlock. Please reply for an update on the status and deliver the service that is due.

Impossible to get refund eventhough they promised for 100% money back guarantee after the initial order. Complaint to nochex, at first they are willing to help and promised in 7 days to cancelled the order and refunded the money. However, at the end Nochex just helping this scum ripping customers money.

Nochex please stop providing this scum payment gateway service as they are proven to engaged in complex fraud scheme business. Instead, help customers refund their money.

This is one massive scam and they dont give your money back. First i paid $28 there after $47 and nothing happend. They dont do refunds. So guys don't use this services they are scammers
