I have no channels just a black screen tech support will not help me there is something wrong on there end my Internet is good everything they said to do didn't work they said I needed a VPN I have a friend who has Apollo he doesn't have a VPN it works great. I will have to find another streaming service

Apparently, complaining about poor customer service is frowned upon at apollogroup.tv.

I reached out to customer service because I was constantly experiencing the same issue. I was connected to a few helpful reps, that is until I came across Marcus.

Marcus was extremely rude and dismissive and when I expressed my disapproval of his behavior, my account is banned after my 6 month subscription expires.

I don't care about the cancelation, what bothers me is the manner and his tone in his emails. I've attached them.

If you want cheaper service for a lot of channels, watch old movies and being disrespected by Marcus in customer service...then apollogroup.tv is for you.

Do not use this. They give you a free trial and everything works great and soon as you purchase a plan the app sucks. It crashes and buffers all the time, channels don't work. And they just take your money. Don't get screwed over like me. This is a scam!

Have had two years the first year seemed to work fine this year buffers all the time almost every channel. We have upgraded to fiber optic internet this has not corrected anything with Apollo TV. It has to be on their server side the other issue is channels just stop working with message reload useless. I am watching an old black and white show at this moment and it's buffering. I believe this will be the last year for Apollo TV

This was great about three months ago, now they're completely dead, no support, going out of business, all of their channels buffer all the time, overall IPTV is dead, and the cable companies have won. I'm switching back to cable for $100 a month, they win every time.

First month with service >> constant buffering, stations down, choppy jerky video on other stations complained several times works again short term then down again. Movies also buffer or will not load! The same with or without VPN I have 300 mg Internet speed and TiveMate all other services run fine but not this service. Cheap servers that rarely work support inconsistent and not able to fix anything!

Worst customer support in any iptv and these guys are getting watched from the copyright police it's all over the internet and soon there customers will get fines that's why I stopped with them And why they have so much different name because thry are changing names for them to not get caught. Worst service every

EPG out numerous times, guide rarely matches the show, buffering is just horrible and they state to get a vpn which is total bs. Numerous people have one and still they have the days where you get nothing but buffering. I can't believe in two years how much this service has gone to crap. Can't connect to server, numerous codes and edge server errors. Always an excuse, changing station too fast, change player…

Heard someone mention this name so googled it, went to the website to learn more, hit the 'chat' thing to talk to someone, put in a question or 2 in the chat, half an hour later still no response so left. Emailed them, they told me to go to the chat on the website...told them what happened when I tried it last time. Went back to the website, chat wasn't available to me anymore. Emailed again asking for a toll free number to call and talk to an actual person, told to go to the website and chat. Told them nevermind, I can't do business with a company who has zero customer service. Yesterday they called every 20 minutes, each time from a different number, then hang up. I call back, tell them stop calling...the calls continue today. I block all the numbers as they come in but they call again from a different number. Useless people. Don't give them your money.

Service is ok, but good luck trying to make a payment. Way too difficult to navigate, only takes Bitcoin, not debit
or credit card payments, and despite what they say, customer service is non existent. Tried to renew my subscription yesterday and you have to jump through all kind of hoops, and if you have trouble goid luck trying to get someone immediately. I can't renew my service because of this, and im almost ready to use someone else whose payment system isnt so tedious and inconsistent.

Epg is always wrong non of the sport packages are accurate or work they have a lot of buffering and there customer service is incompetent they never could fix any issues and on vod never gets updated and a lot of time is down

The service only work on a $#*!ty app thats keep on lagging, no pc, no smart tv no nothing.
The support dosnt answer mails or masseges.
Feels like a scam.
Joined another service that works great and feels like my money and time was wasted for nothing.
Hope they crash and burn.

This Company their Customer Service people just told me Email, that BIG Media is not Affiliated w/ ApolloGroup.tv, these folks just made $9.99 from me, and gave me No Service, Google shut them down, ASAP thieves should not be in business

Be sure not to pay with Bitcoin! They will offer you a discount, but they will provide a bogus wallet address, then claim they never received the payment!?

I went to renew my tv subscription and to find out someone knew my subscription was up and had my email address so I used bitcoin like I always do an sent the money but it was someone else and Apollo group claim nothing they can do bout it. But this person had direct access to my account which makes it an inside job buyer beware

Almost at the end of 2nd year subscription. Since December 2023, cannot sign in.can't get past the sign on. 5x uninstalling and reinstalled with no luck. Trying Startup Show but continuous buffering, server errors and nothing works if I connect my VPN. All I keep getting instructed to do is uninstall and reinstall again and again. Service was excellent but just doesn't want to work anymore.

Have had Apollo for years but unfortunately will be switching once subscription is up. Over the past 6 months the service has gone straight down the crapper. Customer service is now nonexistent, EPG is constantly wrong and crashes often, channel buffering has gotten terrible and theres zero support. Apollo is a great example of how a good thing can be totally screwed up in the wrong hands. My advice is avoid this IPTV.
