But I am retired and so is my wife and when I was working for Ford Motor Company I always had my computer problems solved with the Ford Motor Company Learning Center based in every plant. Now that I have been retired since 2006 I have to deal with the problems of the ever changing computer software and hardware problems A-Plus Senior Computer has a 800 number you can call and the staff members at A Plus Computer will help you with your computer concerns. I also purchased a four year warranty from A Plus Senior Computer and it is money well spent to guarantee that you won't have any costly expenses with hardware or software problems. Also you don't have to buy any additional Complete AntiVirus and Device Protection as this is included when you buy from A Plus Computers Senior Computer. Dale Dione is the founder and owner of A Plus Computers and I am very surprised when I can do business with not only a owner of there company but also the founder as well... all the people at A Plus Computer have treated me and my wife with great service and PATIENCE Also I am not being paid for this endorsement nor do my wife and I work for A Plus Computer company but our computer is a Dell brand but I also have a Apple I-Pad pro that is also a good product but it is a 9.7 screen and the operating system is good but I would not recommend a Tablet or a I-pad computer for seniors as they are not very user friendly. But the computer I got from A Plus Computer is the easiest computer my wife and I have ever had to use. At our age computers should be FUN and not another CHOIR.
