Apartments Here

I work at Apartment Locator in Austin called Apartments Here which is located at ******* Research Blvd #200, Austin, TX *******. I knew something was off about the manager Rich Chilleri (Charles Richard Chilleri) so I ended up talking to another real estate agent and members of ABOR (Austin Board of Realtors) confirming that Richard " Rich" Chilleri is a CONVICTED Woman Beater. I am friends with the agent who is member of ABOR and they checked and Rich is a verified and convicted criminal. This is fact.

Apparently he choked his ex out and evidence was presented in court and Rich Chilleri was found guilty of Domestic Abuse and impeding the breathing and circulation of a family member and causing bodily injury to a family member. He also has been found guilty of illegal Drug Posession.

I don't even feel comfortable working with such a deranged person. All Michael Reeh (Owner/Broker here at Apartments Here) has to do is run a criminal background check on Rich Chilleri to verify everything I am saying is true. This guy is bad news and will steal from the company and also it makes the rest of us who work at Apartments Here Locators look bad having a person like that working here. We have to work here so many people don't want to say anything even though I have already told some people in the office. So I am putting it here so maybe the owner can come to their senses and at least run a check on this guy. People like this make the real estate industry seem shady.

DONT trust this company until Michael Reeh looks into Rich. The thing is that Rich has sucked up enough that Michael overlooks his criminal convictions.
