“TERRIBLE experience with this company!”

The owner is VERY unprofessional. I highly recommend you find business elsewhere. They flood your inbox with 2-4 e-mails per day and if you unsubscribe they delete your Backoffice even if you made a leads purchase. I contacted the company and the OWNER (Don) replied back with a petty response which included profanity. I am shocked at how they treat their customers. The only 5 star review the company has was made by the owner. That pretty much sums up this company.

I contacted the company and the OWNER (Don) replied back with a petty response which included profanity. I am shocked at how they treat their customers.

I usually don't write reviews but, I was applauded by the email communication I received from this business that I had to share. Based on the other reviews this is how he does business. Somebody needs to step in and shut him down! There's NO WAY he should still be allowed to run a business talking to potential customers the way he does. The repeated insults and disrespect is uncalled for and shouldn't be allowed to happen. And to add insult to injury he put his disrespect in writing! This is unbelievable. Here's a snapshot of the emails:

Me: Good evening,

How do I access the.15 leads?

Apache: If you dont understand how links work you need to stop and think about it. I'm not going to teach you how to use the internet. Please go to a competitor and waste their time

Me: Good afternoon,

Wow! This is the rudest response I've ever received from a business! I'm speechless.

I had a legit question. I already have an account set-up, I was simply asking how to access the leads featured in the email. My apologies for wasting your time.

Thank you letting me know I will NEVER do business with your company and I will be copying and pasting your response in very social media platform I can in addition to forwarding your email response to accordingly.

Again, I've NEVER EVER received such a rude response from a company!

Again, unbelievable! Hopefully, he gets shut down soon. It's so sad, that someone who wants people to spend money with them would speak to people in such a mean and hateful way!

HURT people HURT! Maybe he should seek professional help to help resolve his issues so he can STOP projecting his anger on others.

This is a sales lead source company.
The site seems legit at first glance... phone rooms, Tech support web staff, etc...
They say they have been around since 2003, But there is ZERO reviews and the site is only a year old.
My self and a couple others tried to make accounts and check out the free content they offer to check out the service. Phone scripts, Deal closing etc... They were supposed to send the E books to my email
They didnt... they sent a link back to the site to make an account in the "acadamy" and they books were spozed to be in there. They were not.

So I responded to the email... and got a response from Don Reid Founder/CEO himself. He was answering emails. At midnight CA time. I told him the problem I was having... and he said he would have his tech guy get back with me tomorrow.

The next day... I went in and looked... it was 4 in the afternoon and nothing from Teck support.
I logged back into the site... and to see if they have put the content in there... and there was nothing.
There was a customer service chat box on the site... "it said can we help you"
I told the chat service of the issue I was having... that the content was never delivered.

The responding chat service person... was... yep... Don Reid Founder/CEO.
He said... we went over this last night I TOLD YOU THE TECH GUY WOULD CONTACT YOU!
I said I'm sorry sir I looked for him... and I have nothing.
He asked for my login... I cpoly and pasted it from the dashboard inside the site.
He said he could not log in with what I sent... so I logged out and logged back in... It worked fine... so I sent it again...

He got very irritated and told me "YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING"!
I said Im just doing with im instructed to do.

He sent me a link... it took me back to the original sign up page that I had filled out before.
I told him I already did that... He said... do it again... this time follow the instructions.
I assured him I followed them to a T... but I would do it again.
So I did... same result. The site was not populating with anything... ZERO.

I went back and told him... This is when he literally got irate

I was completely polite... because at this point I still wanted to buy leads from this company.
I said thank you for your time sir... but its just not working. He started with the insults.
He said I don't know how to follow instructions and that maybe this biz is too complicated for me.
Maybe my brain can't comprehend basic instructions.

I said I apologize if I didn't do something right I'm just trying to follow everything that was told to me to do... I said I want to buy some leads and I have some friends in the industry that want to buy some too we were impressed with your website sir... This kindness did not appease this guy at all.

He just continued being a complete and total JERK.
I told him I understand websites... and I build them for a living... maybe there was something wrong with the site. His response was:

I don't care if you are a F-ing rocket scientist... You don't know how to follow basic instructions.
I said im not trying to piss you off sir... Im just trying out your biz...

He said
C-YA!... and the chat box disappeared.

Just to make sure I was not doing something right... I had my partner and my renter try to access the Same content. They (in there own homes) had the same issues... nobody got any content they asked for.
The site is not working...

The guy is a one man show but tries to come off like a big time pro with a big operation.
He's not... its a total SCAM!

Im so happy I didnt give him access to my credit card.

This is hands down the very worst customer service treatment I or my praters have ever experienced.
I have never had a 'chat bot' insult me and mock me.
I still have never received the content they promised either.
I'm sure they are going to sell my information.

Most unprofessional dude I've ever tried to do business with.
I do not recommend giving this scammer from outside of the USA access to you money!

They are all over ripoff report as well... I never even got to buy leads from the guy
I never got that far. I was insuted and belittled just trying to get the free scrips content they offered to check out the value of the company... I see no value now. Way to many bad reviews... and people saying the same thing I experienced from this Don Reid guy. I feel lucky I never gave them my money.

Tip for consumers:
Don't do biz here... I believe this is a scam site to get your card information.
They say they have been around since 2003... but the site is brand new and just put up.
Poorly put together and hard to navigate. Like pop up sites are...
If you don't wanna talk to an angry old man that will insult you...don't go here.

Nothing... They never sent be what they said they would send me...
When I asked for customer support I got humiliated and insulted and mocked by the OWNER of the company. Don Reid!
