Horrible service I was told I would have my 4- tickets shipped fedex 3-days b4 show, never received them, after numerous calls I was told I would have tickets day of concert at 7pm est, Mind you show started at 8pm after numerous calls again some joker shows up with only 2 tickets, after numerous calls again in sub zero temps and snow and $1,700 for four tickets we finally get the other two tickets we were seated no where near each other and missed first 1/2 hr of show. STAY AWAY- if you use a third party site ask first if these jokers are part of your sale!!! **UPDATE** on Feb. 26th I did receive a FULL refund after multiple complaints.
I have bought tickets to many shows from anytickets. Com and I have never had anything but great experiences with them so I am very shocked at some of the things I have read here. All I can Say is me personally I think they are awesome and call JAMIE she is super cool
I purchased tickets through a second party for Kinky Boots in Boston. The ticket price was $168 plus $100 service charge. I got the tickets by fed ex and the face value on the tickets is $62. What a rip off! At no time does this seller let the buyer know the original price of the tickets. I understand they are a reseller and the tickets I purchases would be more than face value, but $104 more? That is ridiculous. They hide behind their terms without letting consumers know exactly what they are paying for. This should not be legal!
I was a bit concerned with all the reviews regarding anytickets but i did not see them until after i made my purchase. Thankfully my experience was top notch. The customer service both via email and over the phone was quick and very helpful.
In the wake of all the Super Bowl ticket disasters, Anyticktes.com followed through on their promise and full filled my order exactly. I would have no problem using them again.

Hi Jaime,
Just wanted to say THANK YOU for making mine and our son's dream come true of going to Super Bowl 2015 in Phoenix. We were on pins and needles until we had the tickets in our hands due to all the media about people not getting their tickets but we had no issue on pick up and I want to Thank You for that. This was a 50th Birthday gift for me from my wife and a bucket list I thought would never happen. It was an awesome game and memories of a lifetime. My son even made it on the Jumbo Tron.
I will add you on Facebook so you can see our pictures. What is the Facebook Contact?

STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! WHAT A RIPOFF. I WAS CHARGED MORE THAN THREE TIMES FACE VALUE ONLY TO LEARN THAT THERE WERE TICKETS AVAILABLE ON A "LEGIT" WEBSITE. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN AN EVENT, AND THESE PEOPLE SHOW UP AS THE PREFERRED TICKET VENDOR, RUN!
I purchased 2 will call tickets to phish. They weren't there when I showed up. They won't give me a refund?! DO NOT TRUST any tickets.com. SCAM. IVE BEEN CALLING FOR 5 days. I'm so upset. Im out 120$. Tell your friends. Tell everyone. Bring this fraud down.
We just missed the Eagle Concert in Portland. We paid $670 and ended up with tickets that were at the ceiling. Everyone in that section paid $79! Do NOT trust AnyTickets.com!
This customer purchased tickets that were even worse than the ones we provided. We gave them an upgrade closer to the stage. We certainly encourage buyers to seek out tickets from the primary source before coming to us. We specialize in hard to get tickets and sold out shows. We paid $175 each for these tickets, not $79. If you want tickets for face value, please try Ticketmaster first. If they are sold out, then come to a secondary market provider such as ourselves. We don't want hard feelings. We have over 5400 positive feedbacks on Ebay. The link to our feedback is http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&userid=ticketagency&ftab=AllFeedback - please feel free to check us out or give us a call at 866-516-0200. We have knowledgeable ticket professionals who are willing to answer any and all questions. We certainly understand buyers remorse, but we didn't do anything here but fill the order placed AND provide both a section and row upgrade. Thanks!
This site is a ripoff. My wife thought she was going to the official site for Cher tickets but ended up redirected to this scalper. She ended up paying $280 each for tickets with a value of $120 or less, plus a $162.08 service fee plus $15 shipping. The tickets arrived but were issued in someone else's name and a letter explaining that they are reselling previously issued tickets. In other words, they lie to get the tickets, then sell at many times the face value. This is illegal, isn't it?
I purchased tickets to The Lion King from Anytickets.com. The tickets never arrived, and when we went to the theater, we were told that the seats sold us didn't even exist. Stay away from Anytickets.com. At best, they are unhelpful. At worst, they are a fraudulent business.
I ordered Lion King tickets which indicated a 50% discount if I typed the words "TodayOnly" in the promo code box. I did this. I did have a great deal of difficulty getting those words to stay in the promo box, however. If I would go on to the next page, then go back, the words would have disappeared. So finally I put the words in the promo code box perfectly, went on and placed my order. The invoice indicated that I was not given the 50% discount. Customer Service was very rude and not helpful and said "there was nothing they could do. Yes, they could have given the discount and issued a new invoice but they refused to do so. Very fraudulent advertising. I would never trust them again..
I ordered two floor tickets for the One Direction concert last night at Staples Center. I got a great deal 3 days before the event. The mark up was not even $100 over the face value for really amazing seats. I read the reviews on here and I seriously panicked. I called them three times to be sure that they weren't going to scam me and I'll admit I was sweating up to the last second when the event scanned the tickets. I was holding my breath and they worked PERFECTLY! Not a problem and my daughters had the best time ever. I am not sure what people expect when they complain about paying more than face value for a ticket from a broker, that is very common. My worry was that they may have double sold my tickets or something else like that, but I was super please with the representatives on the phone, the fast and free shipping and the awesome seats at a very fair resale price.
It's disgusting, they charged more than three times of the face price with heavy fees. The worst thing was I googled the ticket I was interested, Wicked, at Boston, then the website made me thought it's the official site! I got an email confirmation of the sale from official-online-tickets.com. When I got the ticket from the mail, the receipt was from anyticket.com. Then I realized I was fooled by scalpers who shamelessly deceived me!
On 2/13/13 I purchased 2 tixs to NCAA Final Four on ticketnetwork.com. Once oder was placed I was informed reseller was anyticket.com. I called them that same day & felt all was legit. I was told to create a flashseat account & the tixs would be transferred to them. On 2/16/13 I spoke with Jonathan@ anytickets. He told me my tixs would be transferred to my account by Monday 2/18. On 2/23/13 tixs were still not in account. I called anytickets again. Jonathan answered phone again. He advised there must have been a slip up & assured me tixs would be in my account by 2/25. He was very polite, but I'm not sure how all this technology is any better than buying from a scalper on the street. So far this experience has been a pain in the butt. I will update these comments later in the week. Yahoo! 1 hour later on 2/23/13 my tixs arrived in my flashseats account. All is good. Jonathan came through as promised. After the event I will update this post to advise on how things worked out.
These are awful people that could care less about how much money they steal from you. The way they get tickets is by using fake names or employees names with credit cards and pretending to just be individuals buying tickets. That is the reason they got so many Houston Rodeo tickes because they lied to get them. They also do it with Broadway tickets. It is disgusting. They buy up as many tickets as possible and then resell them 4 or 5 times what they are worth. Instead of using these losers do your research. Know the shows that are coming up that you want to see and just use Ticketmaster. Anytickets.com is not reputable at all. Their offices are disgusting and their employees are nasty.
These people are unconscionable. Not only did they sell me tickets at five times the face value and take my money more than a year in advance, they added insult to injury by giving me one of the worst seats in the house.
Stay away from this company.
BTW, Million Dollar Quartet was great.
Total rip-off. Theater tickets they sold me are twice the price of the face of the ticket- they don't tell you this at the time of purchase. Buyer beware, stay away from these sites. Insult to injury as they passed part of my order on to Song Entertainment 2, in addition to charging double the value of the ticket, they didn't even send me actual tickets, only a cheap looking photocopy of something resembling a ticket. Do not use these sites!
I purchased Ron White tickets from Ticket Network. After I bought them, I saw anytickets.com was the seller. I read the reviews here and was terrified. I immediately emailed the customer service departments of Anytickets, Ticket Network, and the venue to make sure all was well. I received an email and a call from Jaime at Anytickets within minutes. I told her about the reviews I read and expressed my concern. I explained I was flying my mom into town to see the comedian and would be infuriated (to say the least) if the 2nd row tickets I purchased didn't work. She assured me that they are a top 20 provider of tickets, they would be in my hands on time, and they were legitimate. She was correct! The tickets were delivered within 3 days of when I ordered them and I got into the comedy show with no issues. Jaime even called me a couple days after the show to make sure we had a nice time! Overall, my experience with this group was great.
Horrible experience. They sold us tickets at 3 times the original price and charged heavily on service fee. They should be banned
Answer: I can tell you how these people do it... they use fake names and credit cards with those fake names... Because places like the Houston Rodeo and Broadway tickes won't sell to them if they knew who they were. They buy up all the seats and then re-sell at ridiculous prices. People like this shouldn't be in business. They are only scalpers. Even their left over tickets are sent to scalpers on their payroll so they can manage to steal every penny possible. Honesly just use Ticketmaster.

This person didn't even purchase tickets from us! We have no "will call" tickets for Phish. PLEASE go to ebay.com and find our store. Ticketagency is our Ebay ID. There you will find a fair assessment of how our business is run. This website obviously has no form of checks and balances and really shouldn't be allowed to operate. Freedom on the internet I guess. So unfair. Now we have someone we didn't even sell tickets to writing a fictitious review! Nobody has been calling us for 5 days. We are open 7 DAYS A WEEK! 866-516-0200 - Please do call. M-F 8am - 7pm CST, Sat 9am - 5pm CST and Sun 10am - 3pm CST. Sorry, Cabel A, but you are the fraud that needs to be brought down.
