Tried 3 times to place an order with this company. I called after the 2nd attempt only to be told we don't take orders over the phone. She said to use a different internet browser, I did and that worked for a while then that also crashed. Recalled company explained i have a large order and i cannot keep wasting my time re-entering stuff to crash again. If you don't want to take phone orders you really need to make sure your web site can handle it. Unfortunately, you've lost me as a customer. They were very nice on the phone and was sure to tell me to have a nice day when i told her i was taking my business else where! My order was just over $500! Hope for your business future you guys can get something working!

I bought a steampunk belt from this website, expecting to get a light brown belt with 5 pouches. I ended up with a dark brown belt with 3 pouches. They FALSE ADVERTISE. I emailed them, and they blatantly told me that their manufacturer does not communicate with them when they change products, therefore they do not update their website with the correct items! In turn, you do not get the product you want! I also got my item for $7.19, when within a week it went down to $3.60! They tell you they have discounted products, but they upcharge you for shipping! They do not do returns either and are not accommodating. Save yourself the time and money, and do not buy from this website.
Buyer Beware! I purchased a mask from this company using their 40% off discount that they provided on their website. As soon as I got my mask, it was RIPPED on both sides of the face where the face meets the hair netting. I IMMEDIATELY emailed them within 10 minutes of receiving my package and asked them to please mail me an exchange since the one they sent was defective. They returned my email later that evening asking me to send them pictures, which I did. Then, the next day they emailed me saying that because I used their coupon, that the mask is AS-IS, no returns or exchanges. What the heck?! They sell defective masks then won't make things right for their customer?! Terrible! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE or else you risk having this happen to you as well.
***Edited*** The makeup I bought with this mask was super cheap too. Every time we tried to use it, the plastic holding the makeup literally crumbled in my hands. I can't believe this company sells such cheap stuff! Also, I disputed this through my bank and this company had the nerve to email me telling me that if I dispute their charge, "This issue will be forwarded to collections if necessary, including the $25 charge back fee and collection fees." This company is so unprofessional and are literally scamming people by selling cheap items for overpriced fees, then adding in a coupon to make sure they do not have to do any exchanges or returns. Very bad business. I will NEVER use this company ever again, and I suggest you stay far away from them too.
