Tried 3 times to place an order with this company. I called after the 2nd attempt only to be told we don't take orders over the phone. She said to use a different internet browser, I did and that worked for a while then that also crashed. Recalled company explained i have a large order and i cannot keep wasting my time re-entering stuff to crash again. If you don't want to take phone orders you really need to make sure your web site can handle it. Unfortunately, you've lost me as a customer. They were very nice on the phone and was sure to tell me to have a nice day when i told her i was taking my business else where! My order was just over $500! Hope for your business future you guys can get something working!
