I will say that I quickly ordered the XBOX Series X on pre-order before reading numerous ratings on several sites after the fact. I won't lie, I was worried that what I ordered wasn't going to be delivered. However, I couldn't be happier to wrap a Christmas gift for my 15-year-old son who said this was the only thing he was hoping for this year. He is actually having spine surgery before Christmas, and I wanted to find something to make the holiday seem a little brighter while he's recovering. I received notice that the shipment was on its way, still apprehensive that I was actually going to receive it. The day it arrived, I waited until everyone was already in bed before opening the box. I honestly wanted to jump up and down because I was so excited! I can't wait to see his face on Christmas morning. ANTOnline receives 5+ stars from me. Thank you for making a wish come true in a year that nothing has seemed to go quite right.

ANTonline was one of the few places that had PS5 lefts for preorder back in September 2020. The bundle I purchased included items that I was going to get anyway so ended up being a pretty good deal. I just wish that there was an option for faster shipping on account of me being so impatient! I am on the West Coast so it took about a total of 7 total days (5 business days) for me to receive my PS5.

Otherwise a great experience! Highly recommended for any in demand items. Many people claimed that this site was a scam and this is certainly not the case

I would have to say amazing! I didn't have to mess around trying to get into another website or have to wait in a queue just to enter the site. The shipping was super fast. I ordered it and 3 hours later got a confirmation that it had shipped. Now that is service. It was a bit of a pricey bundle but in my opinion well worth it!

ANT support stopped responding regarding my refund and I would really like a clear explanation. I was hoping to re-order the next available ps5 bundle with my correct info, but with only a partial refund I can't afford to. Please email me back.

This was my first time using ANTOnline and it was a smooth experience. Fast shipping to Texas via UPS ground. Received it on November 14th - just two days after the PS5 console was released, which is very surprising since some major retailers had pre-order delays. Everything was included in the bundle just as described. The box was in great condition so it appears to have been handled well. Been playing the PS5 for over a week now without any problems.

My PS5 preorder experience was outstanding. Got regular updates on the status of my order. When one of the games that came with my bundle was not going to be available at launch, ANTOnline let me know and proactively sent me digital ps5 gift cards for the game instead which I got the day the console was released via email. I got a nice update a few days before the launch date that they had my ps5 in a box ready to go. It shipped out on launch day and I received two days later. Great job!

If you search for reviews for ANTOnline you're going to find a cesspool of 1 star reviews saying how this company is awful and doesn't deliver their products. I took a chance with them to pre-order a PS5 because everywhere else was sold out. Not only did I get my PS5 on release but whenever I called the company to ask them some questions, I was connected with a representative in seconds and they were extremely helpful. I cannot say anything bad about this company from my personal experience.

My experience with ANTOnline wasnt a terrible experience but it wasn't perfect either. I did get my PlayStation 5 order within a couple of days of release but the packing from their warehouse was terrible. They put my PS5 and other related bundle items in a large cardboard box with ZERO packing. ZERO air packs, foam, peanuts. Nothing. So the cardboard box was bent and dented in. Tape was coming off and the interior items were all bouncing around in the box. Luckily everything works and the PlayStation functions just fine so I'm not too upset. I just know that's not how things are done. Needs improvement on the shipping end.
