I was able to see right when my order shipped. The delivery part took longer than I expected, BUT everything went smooth and easy. Maybe this company has received flack in the past for returns and customer service but if you're making a purchase that you know you're going to keep than trust Antonline. Consumers should always be aware of a companies return policies/ standards and expect for the worse when it comes to that. It's hard to deal with those things in general. I did successfully receive my order. It was in a box that was larger than necessary, and there was no padding or packaging insulation. So far no issues but would it have killed them to throw in some styrofoam or air padding?
I would like to say that I had a good experience ordering from antonline, I received my order exactly the day they said it would arrived. At first I had my doubts because of all the negative reviews it had but I would definitely order again.
Giving this 1 star now because when I tried to redeem my 3 months of GamePass, it said I already used the code. I immediately emailed customer service and have not had a reply yet. Once this issue is resolved I will change to 5 Stars.
Asides from a small dent on the controller box, everything look great! Prompt shipping. Plus they sent an email with a code to $70 gift card for a replacement for a delayed game. I'd vouch the ANTOnline.
