Order came very quick after making my order. The only thing I could complain about it the packaging. Maybe adding some bubble wrap or newspapers in the boxes to keep the console, controller, and videos games from bouncing around in the box. Overall though, all is well and got my order very quickly. Ordering was fine, but received an email stating that my order would likely be delayed... but I then ended up receiving it on schedule.

This could have been an issue since this was a hot ticket item and I might have bought elsewhere at a markup.

I bought a monitor from them via Newegg, and it arrived missing the stand. They failed to respond to repeated communication from both myself and Newegg, and now claim that I cannot return it after more than 30 days.

Dreadful seller that ruins online shopping for the rest of us - avoid like the plague!

I found out the Xbox series s was going on sale on this Site and gave it a shot and got my friend a gift! It went so smooth and they let you check out with PayPal?! I received my console very fast. I will definitely be shopping here again soon

Nothing but positive words to say. Navigating the website to get my product was easy. The communication of emails always kept me informed of my order. The quickness in which i received my order from start to finish was unimaginable. While I was incredibly Hesitant to order through AntOnline based on reviews I was pleasantly surprised everything arrived in perfect condition and functioning. Still do your due diligence but this was a smooth process.

Everything went seamless. Placed order. Received confirmation email. Received notice prior to shipping and date of receipt was exactly as scheduled. Couldn't have been happier. Had concerns due to past reviews but fortunately found them to not apply in my case.

I ordered an Xbox one 1 TB 2k bundle for only 219.99 through Walmart as a third-party. Package came right on time, brand new, very satisfied! Don't know what all these 1 stars are about? Kinda had me worried

Never received a emailed confirmation. Debit card was charged though. Called customer service during their business hours but couldn't reach anyone. Order was not delivered on date website stated. After seeing all of these bad reviews I decided to just cancel the order.

If you have a problem with them their speech is "we're a ecommerce company" so all customer service problem are handled thru email. The website showed the size I needed but sent wrong size then want to charge me for shipping and restocking. Thank God it wansnt a big purchase or I'd get in my car and go postal on these $#*!s. BEWARE!

Was a little worried since this isn't a "well known" retailer but decided to place my ps5 pre-order here anyway. It shipped on release day and arrived 3 days later. Safely packaged and included all the parts of the bundle (including an email for the electronic portions). Would recommend.
