I never received my ordered Item. It still is nowhere to be found. I received an email saying it was delivered. Which is complete bull$#*! because theres no proof it was delivered.

ANTonline sells great products but, won't help before item ships and after you pay for you to update address or just put item on hold adding much stress. The items it sells are hard to find though and always clutch

Was very skeptical of this site, I had never heard of it prior and ordering a very difficult item to get like a PS5 seemed sketchy. They 100% exceeded every expectation I would have imagined. Not only did I get my purchase but one of the items was a upgrade to what was advertised. Was expecting the order to be cancelled mid way through and the only email I got was for them to explain there had been a change in my order due to Sony and nothing they could control and they made it right by offering compensation. 100/10 will definitely recommend and already have told people to check them out first in looking for the sought after items this holiday.
Okay so I have no idea what's wrong with the people that put a bad review. I'm writing on my first and only experience with them so far- they were the farthest from a scam possible. They were truly amazing. So basically I was able to get a ps5 from them. I asked a whole bunch of questions on their Twitter and they responded almost instantly every time. So their support is great. (That was one of the major complaints about them.) they even shipped my ps5 a day early! And they chose UPS which was great. It came in two days. Everything was brand new, sealed, and in mint condition. Overall from this one experience with them it was more than excellent.
I've had 2 things i've bought from here and both were good experiences from this site and also the cheapest usually in some products. Both products i've gotten were CPU's, while the rest of the over inflated and ego boosted sites like newegg, amazon and a few other's, these guy's were between 10-40$ cheaper on the CPU's i've ordered and never had issues with them, don't think I've had to make an account either to check out/order which those who are iffy about that will see it as a plus. But i definitely keep an eye on these guy's when i'm ready to buy certain hardware anymore.
I had read many of the reviews the people had posted online and most were negative. So, of course, I was leary. I ordered a Xbox Series S with some extras and paid with PayPal just in case. The Xbox was delivered today, sealed in a box. I'm impressed with the speed (got from GA to CA in 4 days!) and communication from AntOnline. Had to share! Thank you!
The whole experience was great! Didn't have to fight the bots, the order process was perfect, and the shipment notifications came out very timely. Only negative thing was UPS just left it on the front porch even though ANTOnline sent it signature required but thats on UPS. Didn't get it on launch day but they stated very clearly the console would ship on the release date which is exactly what it did. Great experience, but I hope now that so many people are happy they won't fall prey to bots as well!
This was my first time buying anything from ANTOnline, so I was naturally a bit skeptical. But everything turned out great. The communication emails were specific and timely, what I ordered arrived in perfect condition and at the time the delivery site said it would. I'm very happy with how it turned out.
I ordered a graphics card bundle that came with a monitor that had dead pixels right in the center. They told me I would have to go through lenovo to get it fixed or return everything. The problem was all the components were installed so I didn't want to uninstall them from my new pc as that could cause more issues. I tried lenovo support which took over a month for them to get back to me only to tell me it's not covered by warranty. So I called antonline and they told me that now I'm I'm out of the return window. So basically I spent a bunch of money that came with a defective product and both antonline and the manufacture lenovo told me to kick rocks. Terrible customer service on both their parts. If I could give no stars I would because the amount of money I spent to get this service is ridiculous.
I've purchased Xbox on sale through Google Express during Thanksgiving and the item has never been handed over to UPS for delivery. It's been over a week and promised delivery date has passed. It seems like the merchant created a shipping label so there is a tracking number, but when I contacted multiple representatives at UPS they all said that they are not in possession of the package. I have never had this experience with any other seller. I will definitely not buy anything from Antonline again.
Said online that I had nine months left on the units warranty. Just got the unit last week, It wanted to sell me more warranty. Already screwed me out of three months warranty. Not trying to be my girlfriend ar you? What gives?

It was great! Honestly didn't know too much about this company at first but decided to use it just because of the high demand of gaming system I wanted. But from the great experience, I will be using you guys for further business.
I was a bit skeptical at first but I looked at some reviews and took the chance to buy one. It came only a few days later (8/10/22). Many more months later and I have no issues and came with everything that was shown. Overall a very satisfied customer!
Pre-ordered a Playstation 5 bundle on 11/09/2020 on their website. The whole ordering process took maybe 30 seconds; I paid with PayPal and they sent me a confirmation email within 20 minutes. On 11/10/2020 they sent me an email stating that my order would be shipping that day and it arrived on 11/12/202 which was the actual day of the Playstation 5's release.
The whole process went smoother than i could have expected for a major console release.
Called to ask about my order and phone failed. I purchased on Sept. 18 and got a confirmation, but no other updates on my order until the day it was shipped (11/10/20). Was also shipped and arrived late and 4 days after its actual release which was strange because this is the only company that make you pay for shipping and it was still late.
