I ordered a pair of the Stardust shoes and they were supposedly sent DHL. After a month and a trace by DHL it seems the shoes were never sent. I have been contacting the company for over a week now and they are unhelpful and asking for shady things like "a picture of my door" so they can find out what happened to the shoes. They are not a reputable company - do not order from them.
I ordered but did not receive the items. DHL said that the tracking number was generated but they did not receive the shipment. I think I'm being scammed. And their support is only through email and they're giving me the run around. This is really infuriating, waste of money and time.
The shoes was very comfortable. I bought a pair of shoes and ANEW Bag for my CNY look! I like the service which was given at Wisma Outlet.
