I have ordered from Annie cloth multiple times and love the products. However, on my last order, the sandals did not fit right and tried following the return instructions. Thinking I must be doing something wrong, my husband tried. No luck getting return confirmation. There is no phone number to call. I even sent an E mail and still no luck. I don't mind paying the shipping to send them back, but I think I may be stuck with them. I may not order anything in the future, if it's going to be a hassle.

It is a ridiculous process to return items and the cost is prohibitive. A final sale item was defective and the wrong color, sent a picture to verify and they offered 15%. I get a final sale is, but for them to send damaged goods is not OK. It would have cost $50 or so to send order items back. Also, no return on jewelry etc. (So you know, they offer you 15%, then when you ask for return label AFTER a process, they up their offer to 25%
I waited weeks and wekks for this product to get here, i am sure, from China. It came when I was on vacation and had no way to reutrn the items. They are cheaply made and the fabrics are terrible.

Buying clothes online is a risk but some online companies make it very easy to want to come back. My experience with Annie Clothe has taught me a few things. Make sure you can talk to a real person. Annie Cloth only has email support. Be clear about return policy. I had assumed (you know what that means) there was the ability to return. The return policy is partial, some things are allowed to be returned and accessories are not. I bought a huge scarf that was not what I wanted and they would not take it back. Also all returns go back to China. And you will have to pay shipping. If you order several items they come at separate times. I take responsibility for assuming but good experiences with Amazon and many other on line merchants was partially why I did assume. Not a good shopping experience. I

Very good prices on merchandise, but s and h is steep
I have never shopped here before. I had hoped that I would become a regular customer. I purchased 6 items and HAD to return 5. They had been so poorly sewn. The cropped style tulip design pant came down swimming at my ankle. The Tulip scallop was no where to be identified. Both pants (same design) had been sewn in two different factories. Same size. One was billowing, the other so skimped. I felt mislead by each article of clothing. A pretty white top with flowers in the front and sleeves was designed by poor stamping and the floral designs on the sleeves were stamped not matching from the right or left sleeve. I DID LOVE ONE TOP. It was the black with the white dandelion blowing effect. It looked beautiful on and washed beautifully. It costed me $44 to return these items back to the company! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT! THEY RESPONDED COURTEOUSLY AND VERY QUICKLY. I HOPE THE REFUND WILL BE AS EASY. I think I may try again. Their designs are beautiful but the manufacturing is not good.

It is a black top with dandelions blowing on the front. There was not an appropriate size chart. Did not give bust size options just length of sleeves.

I ordered 1 shirt and 4 pillow cases for my wife's birthday 1 month before her birthday. Shirt was the wrong size for my wife so I tried to setup an exchange only to find out the exchange window is 15 days. That's ridiculous! I contacted support and tried numerous times work out an exchange which would not have cost this company any money. They flat out refused to do an exchange. Shirt was very nice and now my wife is out one gift because of the inflexible attitude of this company. Never ordering from this company again. I could understand if I had asked to return the item, but all I wanted to do was to exchange for a different size.

The quality of clothing is horrible. Very disappointing. The sizes are inaccurate. I ordered size small according to the measurement guide. I was swimming in all of these items so their accuracy is $#*!. The WORST PART ABOUT THIS is that I had to pay $50 to ship it back. Thanks for stealing half of my money and wasting my time. I will never order form this company again and will tell everyone I know not to ever order from this company. Horrible customer service-can't talk to anyone directly. Lesson learned on my end.

The clothes looked nothing like the pictures & were very cheaply made. I finally received a return label but then learned that I would have to pay $200 shipping! Then AnnieCloth offered a 20%, then 25% refund. I have tried to accept these terms, but cannot get a response back from the company! And they demand resolution with 15 days of receiving my shipment! Total scam! Don't bother wasting your money!

E. it is a dress) but the fabric and color are totally different. Look what I got! Customer service is so helpful - they will offer you 15% back if you want to return, then threaten you with expensive shipping and customs fees to mail it back to China! I'm joining 14,000 others (only 200 are verified purchasers) to rate AnnieCloth with 5. Stars so maybe one of you will read this before you order and be spared all of the fun and games.

My advise is never order from this site! I order the "Boho Floral-Print V Neck Dress" "Sub-Order# *******" in S size. When I received it, it didn't look anything like the picture, not even close, the fit was horrible, looked like a clown outfit! The return policy is bad too! They are offering to give me only 15% cash refund instead of mailing the item, that's like $4. Because in their words: I would be responsible for return shipping costs and any other return charges (including possible custom fees and incur substantial return costs). Save your money! Don't order from Anniecloth! You'll regret it, like I did!

Bracelet I ordered was flaking and had a foul odor. The ring set I ordered did not contain the right rings - shorted me one ring, while also sending me a duplicate of another - only got 3 rings total instead of the 4 ring set. With regard to the ring set, for as long as it took for me to receive the items, I would think they canwould be checked to ensure the correct items/inventory were leaving the warehouse. With regard to the bracelet, no odor should be so foul on a piece of jewelry that it permeates the whole room. How this return is handled will decide my future business with anniecloth. Love the large inventory. Great prices as well. However, 20-30 days to ship is a long time to wait on your purchase, especially if you need to send an item back due to size.
Omg! Please please do not waste your money on this crap. I should have known better because the prices were low, you get what you pay for. I just threw $214 in the freakin trash, all except 2 t'shirts, and I didnt get my free gift bag... that was probably junk too. The clothes are very cheaply made, I even threw the earrings and the sandals away. Read the reviews and pay close attention to some of the Positive reviews, they look made up. BUYER BEWARE!

Ordered 4 dresses only got 3 the other one is in dead mail somewhere & they refuse to give my money back, they were late getting to me then they said my time had run out to get a refund. DO NOT BUY from them the clothes aren't even Dollar Store quality, but they did send me a free cheap bag why I don't know I'll never use it for anything but to take out the trash with. I sent pics of what I received versus how they are portrayed on their site and their reply did not answer to my issue of the quality, but to the cost of the return and how the return cost to CHINA is the customers responsibility.
