The overall reputation of the company is significantly tarnished by consistent reports of poor customer service, deceptive sales practices, and inflated pricing for excursions. Customers frequently express dissatisfaction with the agents' professionalism, often describing them as arrogant and unhelpful. Many highlight issues with misleading information regarding excursions and inadequate support during emergencies. While a few customers mention satisfactory experiences with certain services, the overwhelming sentiment reflects frustration and disappointment. The company needs to address these concerns to enhance customer trust and satisfaction, focusing on transparency and reliable service delivery.

We arrived in Side with my family, and the next morning we had a meeting scheduled with our Anex representative, Ana Maria. She arrived late, behaved very arrogantly, and kept trying to sell us various excursions at double the price compared to elsewhere. When we refused, she started laughing, saying that if we buy excursions elsewhere, we will be cheated, left in the mountains, and so on. (I bought all the excursions through Viator and was very satisfied—no one cheated us and we saved a lot of money!). Ana Maria offered free transportation to the city, but that transport started taking us to fur, jewelry, and textile shops. When I didn't want to continue this nonsensical trip, she called me and mocked me, laughed, and said that it was my problem how to get back, my issues. On the last day, she said that there would be information about the transfer to the airport at 8 p.m. at the reception, but in reality, I had to leave at 7:25 p.m., and she didn't inform us even though she said she would. I definitely do not recommend this agency, and especially that $#*! Ana Maria
This was the WORST travel we have ever had. If you want to be deceived and to lost your flight because of them and after that be leaved in the airport without help or a agent who can lead you till the end, you are welcomed.
Every one that had booked during the coronavirus has had trouble getting their money back, but we cancelled our booking prior to the lockdown and were promised 100% refund. That never happened. But the problems with Annex Tours go back much further. I like to eat well on holiday and will pay more for that priviledge. In a prior booking, I asked my agent to specifically find out the options we had with premium restaurants. In short Annex lied about our options. They also have an orientation a day after you arrive in which they try to up-sell you on all kinds of excursions which are over-priced based on the local prices. Many other examples of their incompetence exist but find another travel agent to avoid issues.
